DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Lee - George Washington Bridge

I went there for the Memorial day Weekend New Jersey Korean American dry cleaning Association of America event .The staff members were really great and was helpful. On the Behalf of the Korean American Dry Cleaners Association of New Jersey I would like to Thank the Staff for for thier Employment Job the Staff and the House Keeping crew did a phenomenal Job for the Big Event Thank you for letting us stay and Thank you for Your Cooperation the Hotel deserves a 10 star from me and my parents.

Please don’t listen to the negative reviews some people Just complain about everything. I stayed here for 2 nights and have no complaints. I don’t think the furniture was outdated or notice any weird smells. The staff was friendly room was clean bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. They supply you with enough towels and housekeeping comes around in the morning if you want your room cleaned and linens changed. I brought my own hygiene but this hotel has full size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispenser not the little 2oz bottle you get at most hotel which I thought was nice . Perfect location if you are visiting New York about 20 minutes to manhattan and 20 minutes to the Bronx. I usually get a Airbnb but New York is expensive and most places don’t have Parking this was perfect right over the bridge and the price was affordable . The breakfast was great. If you forget to pack something or need snacks Walmart is 15 minutes away which is convenient. I’m so glad I stayed here I will definitely be back .

Great place to stay on the other side of GW Bridge. Pretty easy to get to, great amenities.

Overall good experience. Had an issue at our home and needed a room at 3am. Front desk was able to confirm availability over the phone and quickly check is in upon arrival. Surprisingly, some other hotels around were not able to do this, just kept wanting me to hold for reservations hotline.
Room was overall ok except the aging furniture showing wear, and some trash left in the can. Bed, bathroom, and chairs were as clean as expected.

7-20-23 15th floor corner room. Great view. We spent the extra $17 for the executive floor that comes with breakfast. There was a Polish man working there that took great care of us. Made us feel so welcome. The buffet had lots of choices. The rooms are clean. Improvements: the salt shakers are packed FULL so no salt will come out. Plus they are moist, so the salt was sticky, and not flowing. Shakers should be two third full with a little rice. The pool also should have expanded hours. My FYI. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel, staff was incredible. I was their for a event. The chairs weren’t that comfortable in the event room. The temp in the event room was very comfortable at first but then got extremely hot, and they had a hard time cooling the room down in my opinion

I stayed here over the weekend for work and have not one negative thing to say. The drive in and out of the city was easy, loved the warm cookie upon check in. We dined both nights in the hotel, my filet was delish. And our compliments to Dean the bartender, top notch service and he makes a mean espresso martini. Thank you!!

Had an early morning appt in NYC, so I stayed overnight here.

Was right off a major interchange but was easy to find. The entrance to the parking lot was a bit tricky to find as it was partially obscured till you get close. Parking was free.

Check-in/out was a breeze.
The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Had a small fridge in the room but didn't notice (because I didn't look for) a safe.

Shower had good water pressure and the water was hot.

Coffee maker can do 2 cups at once, but one wasn't a full cup. Only had one regular and one decaf in the stand.

Great place to stay. Very clean with a restaurant and bar at your disposal. Everyone so nice and helpful. A gentleman I believe his name was Jordon, was working late one day and early the next at breakfast. He was so nice and accommodating to anything these
two country folks needed, from dining to travel all the way to departure.

My stay at was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always willing to go out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

The staff here were so nice and kind. They were accomodating and available when needed. The hotel and lobby were clean and neat. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. The rooms were clean and cool. This hotel has everything you need.

The Doubletree hotel is located a great place closest to the George Washington Bridge and NYC. This is my second time staying here. It was very convenient because my business is happening in Fort Lee. The hotel has most of people’s needs. The front desk people were very nice upon entry. The hotel and room is clean.

Staff (middle aged man, short dark hair) at the reception checking us in and out was extremely rude. Staff at the restaurant ( the old man with glasses) was very friendly and helpful. Please have at least body and hand wash liquids in your toilets instead of soap bars.

We were greeted at the desk warmly around midnight after a long drive. We did not have to wait for the desk clerk (Chris) - he was there, waiting, and attentive, which is not always the case at other places I have been. The room was clean, spacious and the beds/pillows comfortable. There was some dampened noise from the highway outside, but I found it to be more white noise than disturbing, so I slept very well. The breakfast options were good for a continental breakfast and the staff immediately got us coffee when we went down to pick up breakfast. We ate dinner at the restaurant, and the food was great and the servings large. I found everyone there to be extremely professional and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Typical DoubleTree experience. Immaculately clean room and shower. Delicious hot cookie. Comfortable bed. Dark curtains. Only thing I would caution people about is there's a good chance you're staying here because of the proximity to NYC, with that in mind realize that it is not very easy to walk to the nearest bus plaza from the hotel. They would be wise to consider offering a shuttle service to the NJ GW bridge bus plaza. If they did I would be sure to consider staying here again when visiting NYC but without it I would probably look for a hotel in the city next time

Great place and close to NYC. Sorry to learn their shuttle service was a covid casualty. Very nice breakfast. A warm cookie is a nice touch when checking in and being thanked for being a Hilton Honors guest

Good location for driving into NYC. We had an issue with the room, someone sadly smoked in it, and I got it replaced by reception immediately, very impressive service. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast is either included depending on your Hilton status or payable. Plenty to choose from. Really good stay and amazing staff!
