Once again Scott's came through on a parts order. I made a mistake on what I ordered and they remedied it and even paid for the return postage when I said I'd take care of it. Fantastic service! Beth and Maureen are the best!
Great customer service! Needed some parts for a Penn Reel, Penn didn't have all I needed, they referred me to Scott's. Spoke to a fellow named Brian, got the parts ordered, they had them all. Placed order and an hour or so later realized I need a part for another reel. I called back and Brian who happily put my order on hold until I figured out the what I needed. Lots of places would tell you "too bad, order already placed you have to make a separate order" (and pay shipping and handling twice). Called back in an hour and got squared away with the last part. All parts arrived quickly to my house and they were all the correct parts. Reels now all back working properly. Will definitely use Scott's again when I need Penn parts

Scott's bait and tackle is how true American standard store stand for. We have authorized Penn dealer in Dallas, but they don't respect customer who buy parts with just a few dollars. That's the reason why I choose to order from Scott and wait for shipping. I can't believe the shipping fee is cheaper from NJ to Dallas than a PENN Dallas store to my house. I'm willing to pay more for Scott on parts price, because Scott's sell parts with bargain price. I think they just make very little or nearly no profit. I don't usually come to write a long review, but I have to do that with Scott's bait and tackle. They make me remember the good old day of USA when I go fishing with my father and coming to friendly local tackle shop. There is not many store have perfect customer service like Scott's nowadays. Thank you. One day when I travel to New Jersey. I'll come to your store. God bless you all

Scott's is the Reel Deal. Penn parts. Local knowledge of great bay. Scott's and graveling point perfect together. Best place for live bait. If a bait shop can be a historical site in little egg harbor in the future this place will get our vote. Stay out of trouble and fish! Thanks Scott for providing a wonderful fishing experience more many years on the great bay. Someday the tuckerton seaport will have a replica of this bait shop for generations to visit!

I have a long beach 68 penn reel that i needed to have restored to it's orignal condition and i spoke with a gentalman named Ryan. He was a great help to me, in that, he know alot about the long beach. I cant wait to have my long beach completed and Ryan you are the man!
