Dr. Shannon Keyes, DMD

I hardly ever write reviews but after seeing some of the negative responses, I felt compelled to give my 2 cents. I had a horrible experience when I was younger that made me extremely scared of the dentist. I got a recommendation to go to Dr. Keyes for all the work I needed. Not only did they NOT judge me, but they took very good care of me AND my family. (family of 6). I never once felt judged, talked about, or scared. Dr. Keyes has always made sure I felt comfortable and was ok. Her staff is no different. We have now been going to them for over 12 years. Listen-Insurance stinks-yes. But they are always ALWAYS amazing with working with my insurance company and myself with any balance due. Unfortunately when we stayed in network, we got what we paid for. Revolving doctors with zero care about you and procedures that were not completely necessary. Dr. Keyes and her staff are great. We are all so grateful to have found such an amazing office.

Dr. Keyes and staff are consummate professionals and we cannot be any happier or confident in choosing this dental practice for our family needs. Both my husband and I are very happily Dr. Keyes' patients for three years. Each of our appointments have been good experiences thanks to Shannon and her friendly, helpful staff. We are more than satisfied with the work that has been done to our teeth from cleanings to bridges and would highly recommend this dental practice to all.

After our dentist retired, I decided to hook our family into the office of Dr. Shannon Keyes. I had heard of her excellence through word of mouth, but I have seen the excellence first-hand. We have collectively visited 5 times in the last 2 weeks for various issues and that office is run like a well-oiled machine. We are SEEN at our office visit time... Shelly greets you with a smile and makes arrangements via appointments easy, ...insurance information is shared with you on the spot...the hysgenists!!! Well, with a son with dentist anxiety they were fantastic...the equipment is high tech and first class. Each person, including Dr. Keyes, is a professional with personality. Thank you for including the Cooper family into YOUR family. Get ready...my husband is next!

Dr. Keyes is a dentist you can trust !!! Before this Dentist all my experiences weren't always that great and I was overcharged for things that I didn't need. Dr. Keyes is very upfront about what the charge would be and whether it is actually necessary. Gina is the best hygienist I've ever had -- very thorough and my teeth have improved. I mooted three hours away to Pennsylvania but still make the trip back to the wonderful people at Dr. Keyes' office.

I always dreaded a dentist appointment as a kid and even as an adult until
I found Dr. Keyes!!! She is painless and such a great dentist!! Going to her beautiful office and interacting with her wonderful staff is such a pleasure...sometimes it feels like going to a "spa" rather than the dentist!

Even though I have moved, a trip back home to my favorite dentist is well worth the 4 hrs.!! I seriously don't think I could move anywhere from which I would not continue to have her as my dentist!

One and only I will ever trust putting sharp objects in my mouth, Shannon Keyes and her wonderful staff have always been great to deal with. they are a great group and work very well with each other. Never a hassle getting a appointment and never any long waits. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a great dentist.

My visit yesterday was like every other visit to Dr. Keyes, very good. The staff was professional and knew their jobs well. We moved down here a few years ago and are extremely satisfied. Heck, I'm planning on coming back until all my teeth leave my skull from old age.

I hate getting fillings done but the procedure was relatively painless. They used both a topical numbing agent, and then after that had worked for a few minutes then they injected the local numbing so I felt almost nothing. The office staff has always been nice and accommodating.

I have had only good experiences in my 5 years with Dr. Keyes. I have referred her practice to friends and relatives and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work.
