I was upset at a few hiccups and extra trips while applying for passports for my wife and I. Regardless of MY demeanor, everyone at the County Connection was polite and professional. Ultimately all got done and I am grateful to all the staff there. Kudos!

I came to apply for passports for my children. The staff was very friendly and nice. Shout out to Maritza G! ( I hope I got your name right!). She was super accommodating and also efficient. The office is inside the ocean county mall right outside JCPenney. There is a little indoor playground right outside the office where we were able to watch my children play while the paperwork was processed. I had a very good experience.

Such kind people and a great experience. I booked my appointment in advance, got a call the day before reminding me and an email the morning of. The instructions were very clear and easy so I arrived prepared. I was helped right away and was in and out in ten minutes. Maria went out of her way to photo copy my marriage license and assist me with taking a new photo since the one I came with from staples was a bit dark. She explained every detail and give me clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Renewed my passport here. Quick process and for a small charge they will also take your photo. Make sure you bring your correct original documents for id and the form of payment is specific. I believe they accept checks only no credit cards! Double check the policy on payment before you make the trip down there.

Great resource to have available for various county services. Its very helpful and convenient having a place to go to in the evenings (after work) or weekends, without having to take a day off. We've done passports, I got my notary, and I'm going tonight to renew my commission. Kudos to Ocean County for having this satellite.
