Turquoise. Boutique

Always can find something cute to wear at Turquoise. I went last minute around Christmas Eve, and had unfortunately dropped money out of my pocket while changing in the fitting room. The owner/manager/employee was nice enough to find my email address and personally reach out to me and even left my money aside for over a week! Great store & ethics!

Really nicely curated clothing. Everything I looked at had really nice detailing and was unique. I also found it reasonably priced for a boutique

Bought a beautiful blue sweater at 50 percent off for 35 dollars it was the last one and I was so excited about it. My only concern it that the employee was incompetent about putting it in the paper bag and my beautiful new sweater now has a pull in it. I called to express my concern hoping they could maybe knock a little more off the price for my inconvenience since I don’t live nearby. The employee over the phone rudely questioned what it could have got caught on and was full on was laughing at me. She said I could bring it back for store credit and then said I probably wouldn’t find anything else in the store for 35 dollars and that was my only option. Should definitely work on customer service and packaging delicate iteams with care.
