Anchor Appliance

My husband and I just bought a new house and needed a washer, dryer, and fridge. Anchor had a great selection and everything went so smoothly. I love my purchases! I especially love my fridge; it’s big and has so much space inside. Everyone was very kind and helpful when we were picking out what we wanted. I didn’t feel as though I was being pressured like at other stores you go to and they answered all of my questions. It was quick and easy. All three appliances came in really fast. I highly recommend Anchor!

I can't say enough about my experience with Anchor Appliance. My next door neighbor shared with me that we would get a great, and she was right. Jeremiah was outstanding and the team that installed my set were in and out in no time. They will be getting more of my business in the future! Thanks again.

Needed a washing machine. Eric the salesman was so helpful and understood exactly what l wanted. Pleased with the machine and the young men who delivered it. Great service. I have purchased a appliance from them before and have always been very satisfied. I will only get my appliances from Anchor.

7/26/2023- I want to thank Michael at Anchor Appliance. My wall unit air condtioner stopped working in this summer heat. It was time for a new air condtioner. I needed a 24" Washing machine on VERY short notice. Made one phone call to anchor and they had two to choose from. I opted for the electrolux. They said it would be ready for pickup at 430. Smooth pickup. We got it into my truck.

The machine is excellent (after I figured out I had to remove the shipping bolts )

HINT - Waze was taking me from route 9 past West Creek. I think that was the old location. I had driven right past the huge anchor on their front lawn thinking "Cool Anchor", not thinking that it was for Anchor Appliance.

Oh, and from what I could see, the price was really good.

Last few appliances( dryer, microwave, Weber grill, and now , dishwasher) bought, installed by A.A. Easy to deal w sales( Brian) knowledgeable , got me the correct product I was looking for, and install( Matt& associate), did nice , neat , install/remove old appliance. Won’t go anywhere else when next need arises.
Only thing is , it isn’t as quiet as previous GECafe,,tho the info on it states it is, at 59dBs. Quiet enough once it gets mid cycle ,,start up is noticeable

My wife and I visited the store today. We were disappointed that they would not be able to deliver appliances to our condo due to long distance. However, the salesman Eric went all nine yards to explained all brand models and made many good suggestions for our situation, knowing that we were unlikely to become a customer. Even we didn’t spend a penny, but I believe this is a good store, a store with salespersons who put your needs above their commercial interests. This is so rare nowadays and I hope that everyone reads this review can benefit from their service

The best appliance place to shop for appliances in the area. Service is exceptional and so is the entire staff. Walked in greeted by Eric with my customer. They make it so easy to order appliances.

Just read article on NJ .com about your donation to a high school ! The student council President found out kids weren’t coming to school because they didn’t have laundry ! Your store donated appliances and installers! This gives me hope that world is ok! Thank u so much !

Anchor Appliance has come to repair our washer a couple of times. We didn't purchase it from them but they bailed us out twice with repairs. It only seemed logical to purchase our new washer and dryer from them. They were great to work with. The salesman was very knowledgable and the delivery men were very professional. A great experience all around.

Outstanding price and service. Brian was extremely helpful in showing us various dishwasher models and features. Ordering and installation process was very easy. Installation was on schedule and Bob, our installer, did an excellent job! Would highly recommend Anchor Appliance.

Bought all new kitchen appliances a few years ago. It was great to work with a sales team who is so knowledgeable. They are busy but well worth it if you are placing a big order. Didn't try to sell me more than I needed and prices were comparable with big box stores but the most important part is that they are there to address any concerns you have after purchase. I had a problem with the refrigerator making loud noises and they came back twice to finally find out what the issue was and get it resolved. I highly recommend Anchor.

My Wife and I were redoing our 15 yr old kitchen after Christmas this year....because of our past GREAT EXPERIENCES with Anchor Appliance for washers and dryers...they were our first choice to help with all the new appliances for the kitchen...Jeremiah and Mike were FANTASTIC..GREAT PRICES and great advice..and unbelievable service. I called and the technician was at my house promptly in <24 hours! He totally understood the urgency and accommodated me into his schedule. He knew exactly what was the problem and quickly resolved it. He was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and nice to my pets!

We called anchor when our washing machine started to leak. We were sure we needed a new machine! Luckily we called anchor. They scheduled us in quick. The days they were coming they made sure to call in the morning to tell us what time they would arrive so we didn't have to wait around all day wondering when they'd show. I love that they call in the morning with a time! They fixed the valve and the machine is good as new! Thanks Anchor!

We buy our appliances at Anchor. The staff and owner Jeremiah treat us like family. Recently we had our washer dryer unit replaced under warranty. The logistics of coordinating the GE delivery, the boom truck, and the installation was difficult. Anchor professionally did everything. Anchor is the best! 😃👍

This place is definitely first class. From the girls that answer the phones right to the owner. I have purchased several things from them and had a problem with one item because of GE. Anchor appliance really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. It is appreciated to see a business have such fabulous customer service. The delivery guys are also excellent. Jeremiah the owner is outstanding. I will always use them for any appliance needs.

Purchased new GE side by side refrigerator. Top-notch organization. Salesmen Mike was excellent and delivery personnel were great. Highly recommended over big box Home Depot and or Lowe's.. Prices very compatible and or better then big box. Service you get will be far better then any big box.
