Low prices with high service. I needed a suit with a quick turn around. Jack had me fitted in 10 minutes and said I could pick it up the next day. Goldsteins deserve your buisness.

I came here for matching navy blue suits for two boys age 8 and 4. My 8 year old wears a size 8 husky and we couldn’t find that size anywhere but here! We were greeted with smiles by all the staff who were so attentive. Taking measurements was a breeze. I ended up purchasing exactly what I needed: Two altered suits and two pairs of shoes to match. Everything was ready for pick up 3 days later (we ordered a pair of shoes to be shipped to the store) but see I live in uptown and I didn’t have time to drive all the way to south Philly until the weekend when I was off from work. I had a busy day saturday and showed up 45 mins before they closed to see that they were closed! Google hours were not adjusted since they changed to covid hours. I almost panicked because they are closed on Sundays and we needed the suits for Monday! So I went and contacted them via email explaining the issue. It was a lifesaver when I got a phone call about a hour later and Jack offered to come in on Sunday (when they’re closed) just to give me the suits. I was so grateful to come in on Sunday. We then found out there was a miscommunication about my 4 year olds alterations as his suit wasn’t altered. Jack told me go get some coffee and come back in exactly one hour in which I did and he had gotten the suit tailored in an hour time! I am so grateful for the exemplary customer service and how Jack went above and beyond for our situation. I will forever come here for all of our dress needs, thank you so much Goldstein’s Team! ❤

Fantastic experience, would highly recommend. I went in looking for an entire new wardrobe and they had everything I needed. Got a nice suit, dress shirts, the whole package. They have a nice variety in stock to try on with more colors and styles available to order if needed.
Tailored in house with a good turnaround time, I'll be going here for any of my dresswear needs from now on!

Goldstein's still offers the customer service and attention of yesteryear. They are friendly, professional, extremely helpful, and they know their business extremely well. We were a customer 25 yrs ago and they are just as nice and welcoming. Jack was Philly friendly and had great recommendations. We bought a beautiful Italian suit, shirt, tie, belt, awesome socks and shoes - one stop shopping and tailoring as well and shirt was pressed! My husband looked very handsome for our daughter's wedding and the socks were a hit! Thank you so much for helping to make this memorable time less stressful. What a seamless experience I had purchasing my sons Communion suit. Because of Covid, the date was pushed to Fall. The old suit didn’t fit him at all, they worked around the Pandemic like no other corporation would of. Great service, great atmosphere equals a great experience. Shop local, thanks Jack and Staff!

There is NO WHERE better than Goldstein's. Their customer service, guidance, support and selection is the best I've ever experienced anywhere! They listen to your needs, make suggestions (if you want) based on their experience, are patient and SO VERY kind. They make you feel like you are their only customer and are beyond accommodating. Their knowledge of suits, styles, colors and trends is exceptional! We made a change at the very last minute and they couldn't have been kinder or made us feel better about starting the process over. They dressed father and son from head to toe for a Bar Mitzvah and did it flawlessly. I wish we could work with them every day on everything because they are absolutely incredible! Best experience ever!! Jack and Vinny were great. I purchased a beautiful Michael Koors suit for my son's communion and I was able to get everything else I needed as well. From the shirt and tie, right down to the shoes and belt. One stop shopping and tailoring as well. I will never shop anywhere else. I will definetely recommend them to my friends and family.

If we could give this place 10 stars we would. Earlier this month our son was in dire need of a suit. We searched high and low with no luck. I remembered Goldstein's because several people sang their praises.

We called about a half an hour to closing time praying for a miracle. The gentleman who spoke with us was very kind and understanding to our plight and he invited us to stop by. When we showed up they took us in as if we were family friends in need of help. They took our son under their wings and gave him the royal treatment.

To try and make a long story short, our 10 year old SHINED in his suit and dress shoes. He was the best dressed at our wedding thanks to Goldstein's!

I purchased my son's communion suit there last year (2015). I was a last minute parent because I couldn't find anything I liked. At the time he was a 16 husky. The gentlemen at Goldstein's were great and very understanding. They did all his alterations and I was able to pick the suit up 4 days later. I bought everything but his shoes there. Would go back for sure.

This store is a throw-back to an era when service really meant something! Not only that but the prices are very reasonable. Following a friend's recommendation for my husky son, I stopped in at Goldsteins on a Thursday looking for a dress shirt. I found his size and they adjusted the neck button on the spot for me. They also told me that if I brought him in later they would hem a pair of dress pants for him THAT SAME DAY. I brought him in a little before 5pm and at 5:30 we walked out with freshly hemmed and steamed dress pants AND my son got a very patient lesson on how to tie his own tie! I can't recommend this store enough. They stock regular, tall, and husky sizes for men and boys and will order what they don't have in stock. We will definitely be doing our shopping here for back to school and all special events!

Jack is the best. Whenever I need something for my son whether it be for the Boys Choir, or a pair of pants for school, he always has what I need. And if he doesn't, he orders it. Tailoring is quick and painless. It is such a pleasure shopping here.

Always has a great selection of good quality boys clothing. Great friendly staff. The store has been around for years. Remember them from Queen St. Great South Philly staple. A blast from the past.
