USPS Vineland Delivery Distribution Center

They get you in and out speedy but thorough work

This place was such a headache. I had to go here to pick up my live queen bee. There's very little signage as to where you are going.

Staff was rude and inefficient. They told me the bee wasn't there, when it was. I had to show my tracking information that it was here and then they were like "oh live animals.. no still not here only chickens."

After quite some time going back and forth and fighting to get my damn bee .. the third or fourth employee was able to locate my bee and give it to me.

My postal worker constantly runs over the trash cans, throws packages (even the FRAGILE ones) and then puts our mail in other mailboxes around the street. I constantly have other people bringing our mail here. Sometimes our packages are delivered to other neighbors. She constantly likes to throw our packages, even though she delivers everyone else’s to their doors.

I am under suspicion that a worker here has stolen my package and stuck the label to another package, leaving the idea that my package has been lost. Ive had claims after claims, a missing mail search opened, and my package has still not been located. The last scan it had was at the south jersey distribution center. If the facility doesnt start actively looking for my package, an active investigation will be pursued.

No one answers phone during "business hours". I have been calling 3 days because my temporary mail hold was not managed correctly. I guess no one reads the request form. Once, they delivered only part of the held mail, could not find the rest, then told me to come pick it up when they found it. No accountability for their mistakes. Our carrier is great, but the rest of the USPS is subpar.

They've had my package in facility since December 6th ... The package left destination on the 3rd. Expected to arrive by the 7th. My sons birthday is tomorrow, but the gift is in limbo! Can I just drive over and grab my package you've clearly tossed into storage. Jersey mail is the worst! Jersey itself is the worst.

When I call to make complaints the woman I usually speak with (she is nice) does not want the carriers to take responsibility for their incompetence. It's always the fault of other people who feel their entitled to a package that's not theirs because it was delivered to their house or mailbox. We live in a messed up world of cold hearted people. If the carriers would just do their job right I wouldn't have to worry about evil people keeping what I paid for.

My package supposedly was delivered to my front porch (never received anything) when I called them they said it was delivered somewhere else! I tried calling them about 3 times and they kept telling me they would give me a call back but of course they never did, so I ended up going to the office and spoke to the supervisor, all she told me was that it was practically lost because they had delivered it to vacant location?!! COMPLETE BS

More than once packages were in Vineland, then re routed to other towns PAST me then either sent back to sender or lost until I personally had to get involved.
There is no direct number and the site isn’t open to the public, general idotic phone number, no one ever has a clue as to what happened and frankly they don’t care either. UPS and Fed Ex are the ONLY real choices for shipping, while they both have their own issues the absolute lack of skill and unprofessional nature of the USPS is in excusable. They are a complete disaster and I am fed up.

this is horrible theim always receive the wrong mail for the other street. i have to take the mail to the correct address because most mail are important. this mail deliver person is not doing his job. im so tired of this always brings package is not even mine 😡

My package is late - several days past the date it was supposed to arrive, and according to the tracking information, it's been sitting at this distribution center for FOUR days! Not cool guys. Do your job!

I'm tracking a package and according to the USPS tracking service my package has been chilling at the Vineland facility for four days now. Woo hoo! Drink up Vineland Postal Hub! Pour another cold one, there's always next week for work!!!

Unprofessional and useless workers work in usps whole system , corruption and thieves, every time when I called _ nobody knows where are my packages, do not know when it's going to be delivered and so on. USELESS

They shipped my package to Denver CO and I live in Rio grande NJ.2 weeks and still waiting for package.

Received a parcel from Russia on 4/23/21 The crumpled box is half torn, beat up and taped, half empty, 7 things are missing !

This is the pit of swallowed packages. When I see arrived at SJ Dist Center on my app, I shudder. Still waiting on a package that arrived there Dec 12th. It's Dec 21st and no movement.

we have a mailman on chestnut ave in vineland nj who refuses to give us our mail if we are outside on our property that we pay taxes on and still nothing has been done about it

I could ha walked to get my package faster that USPS. It’s now 5 days late
