Friendly Staff. Asked if I liked my nails after each step to make sure I was satisfied. Had good conversation & finished on a timely manner.

I only go there on occasion and just for pedicures. When I say my tech does the BEST job at getting to everything so that my feet are silky smooth!! I don't want to say her name because she's rarely there, and I don't want her to get booked up 😉

Went for a pedicure and was completely satisfied! This is big for me because I have a few health issues & feel like I'm being a pain in most cases but not at Josephine's! May, the lady who had taken care of me was kind and made me feel very comfortable! Oh, & I can't forget the lady at the front desk she is always a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend this 💅salon! 5⭐'s !!!

Angela Is who did my nails she took her time I was a new customer and she explained everything to me .prices r normal for any good salon I'm going for my refill it's been almost a month and my nails still look great u get what u pay for ..

My tech was Tina and she was the nicest even when I kept changing my mind. Really good price for everything I will definitely be back.

They were amazing. The girl at the front desk (her name escapes me) was very nice and personable, and was super accommodating for my last minute walk in. I had to cancel my previous appointment last minute, and she was so nice about it and allowed me to reschedule at anytime. My nail tech, Mike, did a great job on my nails and they are strong and pretty. A friend of mine goes here, and her nails are ALWAYS gorgeous after she’s done. The salon itself is very pretty, and comfortable to be in. Everyone here is very hardworking and talented, and deserves respect for what they do. I’ll be happy to come here again! Thank you!

I love this salon! Great atmosphere and they always do an excellent job. I always get asked where I get my nails done and given compliments after I go there.

Nail tech Micheal did my refill. He shaped my nails very well and just how I like them to be shaped. Pedicure service was relaxing and great. Receptionist/secretary was very kind and helpful. Great staff/customer service. No rush and they took they’re time. I Highly recommend!

It felt so good to finally get a pedicure and gel manicure. Becky is great and always give quality service!

So far its a 5⭐ review for my 1st time being there! So just got a fill w/ gel paint to feel them out! Quite n relaxing environment, very nice people, great service and decent pricing!

The employees are so nice. The owner welcomes you as you come in the front door. In this pandemic world they do your manicure first so your nails have an opportunity to dry well. I am here on vacation but highly recommend this place and will be making suggestions to the salon I go to back home.

Hated the old Josephine's for many many reasons but went back after she sold the salon and I love it so much better. Amazing work and lovely staff. This is now my favorite salon to go to. Prices are resonable ($36 for a gel full set and coffin shape) and the staff does their best to please too. They were kind and gave it their all. You all must go here : )

Been going here for about a year I guess.. NEVER a disappointment. Whether its acrylic, gel, plain or fancy, I always walk away loving my nails! Not to mention they last a long time! They also have a hand wax treatment during the colder months that I've never experienced and I'm totally obsessed with it! I am very faithful to this salon, after getting my nails done for the past 10 years, this is by far the best place i've been to!

I have been coming to Josephine nails for 6 months. My cousin and I absolutely love it here. Nick is absolutely amazing when it comes to his customers and all the ladies that work here are so down to earth. It’s a very calm friendly enviroment. My new nail place!

this is probably one of the best nail salons i’ve ever been in. they’re so friendly, and they tend to everything you need!! i have no complaints, and they should keep doing what they’re doing. i go there for everything! i like their acrylic style, and the way they accommodate to what you need.

I struggled for how many stars I was going to put because my first initial experience for getting my nails dipped... The older lady who did them did an awful awful job. They were all bumpy, and I knew she knew that bcuz she kept looking at them an running her fingers across them speaking to the other lady in Chinese looking at my nails.

When one of my nails split I went back to get it fixed 2 days later, and BECKY not only fixed the split ... but she redid ALL of them.
Not only did she RE-do them she didn't grumble she didn't complain she didn't make any faces, she was sweet and remained professional and did them all over again knowing I didn't have to pay for it.
They were smooth and gorgeous 😍 BECKY did such a phenomenal job (and I don't use that word very often at all)
I was extremely satisfied and happy. She got a very generous tip!
So the next time I go I will definitely be asking for Becky ❤

I love coming to this nail salon! I have been to many nail salons over the years and they dont compare to this place what so ever. The nail technicians are always nice and find ways to help your nails in the long, free paraffin wax for your hands as well, so no more spending every week going to the nail salon for me anymore. When something goes wrong i dont hide and right a bad review, I let them know and they fix it with no problem! Im glad to say this is my nail salon for good. I hope you enjoy coming here as well!

I've been going there since they opened. They always take care of me, even even I screw up my nails!! Friendly, clean, relaxing. They are so good with my daughter.
