Caliber stands behind their warranty work. We had a deer injury to our vehicle a couple of months ago. There were a couple of concerns I had after the work was done. My underwriter, Megan, was very receptive and professional with this matter. She responded quickly to fix the issue and take care of my worries. I recommend this facility, as they will make sure the customer is taken care of. 👍

So, when I heard this business was sold to Caliber I was a bit worried when my car was recently hit in Walmart. I have to say I was really impressed. Not only was my car done in less then 2 weeks during a holiday season, but it looks great!. Some of the old staff that took fantastic care of our cars in the past were still there and so was the superior service. Thank you Michele and Donna !!

Thank you caliber for fixing my truck that got damaged. Employees were very professional and pleasant to work with and was repaired in a very timely fashion. Had my car towed here after an accident. great service and friendly staff

My SUV was hit in both driver's doors by a kid backing out of a driveway while I was in NJ for the summer. The vehicle was brand new and I was just sick about it. Originally, I had arranged to take it to the dealer but they decided to close their body shop after stringing me along for 2 months. I asked the insurance company if they had a shop they recommended. They said they had a contract with Caliber Collision and would guarantee the repair to my satisfaction. Caliber is a large company with locations all over and they also have a location in Florida near where I live if I needed to take it in for anything later on. So, I spoke with Caliber in Waretown, NJ. They couldn't have been more helpful. Joe, who I initially spoke to said he would call me back shortly with an estimate of when they'd have the parts and also arrange a rental car for me. Having dealt with many businesses who said they would call me back but never did, I did not really expect to hear from him shortly. Well, to my surprise, Joe did call me back quickly with a date he would have the parts and an appointment for me to bring it in. I took it in and the rental car he arranged picked me up. I received frequent messages by text giving me updates on the repair. I thought this was awesome. Bob handled the repair for me and the day came quickly for me to pick it up. I have to say, the car looked the way it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. The people here were awesome from start to finish. They did exactly what they promised me they would do. I wish all businesses handled service the way these people did. Nobody wants their vehicle to be in an accident, but if it happens, I highly recommend this shop!

Joe Pepe was extremely amazing. Caliber Collision in Waretown, NJ is truly top notch. On a one to ten scale I would give them a 12 if I could. Joe gave me an estimated date of completion for my car and he and his staff worked very hard and had it completed way before the estimated date. He knew we were in a tough spot because we needed it for our son to return to college in Maryland after his winter break. The body work to the car was excellent. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in Waretown, NJ. to anyone in need of an auto body shop.

Awesome staff, friendly punctual and professional. Michelle in the office is awesome and Bob the service manager guided me through the whole process. He updated me every step of the way and was a pleasure to work with. Car came out looking perfect and could not be happier!
