The maintenance was performed thoroughly, ensuring my car was in excellent condition when I picked it up. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the wait more pleasant. The art on the walls were extremely interesting.

Fantastic customer service from the moment I called the service department to schedule my vehicle for repairs. Miranda was very informative, polite, and efficient when it came to scheduling and coordinating the concierge service. A couple days later Bruce came to work to pick up my truck and later that day I was informed of the necessary repairs needed. It was a bit more expensive than I had thought but the technicians took the time to sort through all the errors code that my truck had stored and figure out the cause of my issues. Overall I am very pleased with the services provided by this Ford dealership and I am happy and relieved that I feel safe to drive my truck again.

The Winner Ford team really helped us assess our needs and how much space we needed for car seats and a very large dog. After driving the car for a few weeks I am so happy with our purchase. We had a great experience purchasing our new car at Winner Ford! I was skeptical of Ford having not owned one in over 20 years, and moving to Mercedes. My main concern was finding something with similar comfort and options. We spoke with the owner, Michelle, and she worked with her sales team to give us 7-8 options that they had on the lot. We narrowed it down to the three Explorers that could accommodate our child and large dog. From there we were given a full rundown of every option for each and I am still blown away at the quality and options available. The space with the captain's chairs, third row, and convertible cargo space is more than we could ask for. I'm tall and the legroom is more than adequate. The multiple climate zones keep our toddler and the dog comfortable in the back. The touch screen with CarPlay, a great sound system, and a panoramic moon roof are on par with luxury brands. Jamar in Financing went through the purchase options down to the penny for the cars we looked at and he didn't try to upsell us or push anything extra on us. We didn't trade our prior car in so they also arranged to have the new one cleaned up from a recent rain and shipped straight to our house! Jamar and Michelle have both since followed up to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I've always dreaded trips to dealerships and the preparation required to wade through the BS of the sales people, finance teams, and "helpful" managers, and this was the total opposite of any experience I've had over a couple decades. Great car and even better people! Highly recommend!

I have to admit I was uncertain at first about Winner Ford but after meeting with the general manager Domenic Rucci And Lavern Ford vehicle exchange coordinator, It put my mind at ease I felt welcome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for customer service I have already been at Winner Ford for the third time this month. Great dealership, Relaxing atmosphere and Lounge area while you wait! Looking forward for future services..

We have been in the market for a new Bronco for a few months and have probably been in contact with at least 10 dealers searching for the perfect option. When we visited Winner Ford the first time, they did not have any four door Broncos on the lot. They offered to take our contact information and told us they would call if they came across any four door Broncos. This was the only dealer who offered to do this and they followed through with their word! They called us in to look at a 2022 Outer Banks and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We worked with Rick DiLauro, Mike, Mike, Jared and Mark who were all kind, attentive and pleasant to work with. Any questions we had were answered promptly, they truly went above and beyond during the purchasing process. We have purchased several Fords and have never had the experience we had at Winner Ford. Rick provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and beyond. He is very personable and you can tell he cares about his customers.

I had my car serviced at Winner Ford this week and it was a pleasure. They offered their valet service to me and I was thrilled with it. My car was picked up and delivered back home when service was complete. It was the easiest car service I have ever experienced. The service was great as well.

I had a great experience purchasing my certified used SUV with Pete ! The employees were great, kind , and not overbearing. They thoroughly explained everything , and in addition Pete invited me to come back for an overview of how all the electrical features work. I did have a question after the purchase and without hesitation or attitude, they gladly gave me the answer(s) I needed. Overall from start to finish the purchase couldn't have been smoother . Recently purchased a 2024 F-150 from Winner Ford for a work fleet vehicle. Dino, Robert and Jamar were all a pleasure to work with and the follow up for paperwork and tags was a breeze. Will be going back to Winner Ford next time I need a new or used vehicle.

What a service department. These guys are top notch. They diagnosed my suspension noise and fixed it 1st time. They honored my warranty company, kept in touch and fixed my car to like new one again! My husband and I traveled 4 hours each way to buy a car from Winner this past weekend. We worked with salesman Gene Duffy. He was thorough and honest from start to finish and is just a genuinely nice guy. He kept in constant communication with us, even after-hours. I made a comment on how much I liked his business card holder (a super cool Shelby GT 350 hood) and asked if he had anymore laying around; the dude took his business cards out of it and gave it to me! That definitely added the cherry on-top of his already superior service. The transaction and entire experience went as smoothly and easily as it possibly could have gone. Just got my Ford Maverick very pleased with the dealership, personnel and the price. I've heard horror stories of customers at other dealerships waiting for a vehicle only to be presented a huge "market adjustment" in the MSRP. Everything here was as promised, and the final result was a very straight forward and honest transaction. Yes, I would order from them again!

I have purchased a LOT of vehicles: multiple Fords, but also vehicles from various brands in various states. While I LOVE cars, I typically HATE the car buying experience, especially as a woman. Rick DiLauro is very knowledgeable and personable without being pushy AT ALL. The finance manager worked hard to get us a great rate. The whole process was so fast I was shocked. Hands down, if they had 2 Mach E's for sale, we would have purchased 2 cars that day.
