La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St Louis Route 66

The hotel was nice. They were short staffed. Which made it hard to get towels and such. There was no one to change bed linens. Other than that it was great complimentary breakfast was yummy. The woman cooking was so nice and polite. I had surgery the day before so she even turned the juice machine back on so I could get some more juice to take back to my room. She was amazing as well as check in lady.

Super easy to get to and extremely quiet. I didn’t hear a peep from another adult or child the whole weekend stay. The rooms were clean and the heat comfortable. My only complaint is the front entrance has an overpowering clean/air freshener smell. The rooms weren’t like this at all. Staff was attentive and friendly, there is a pool albeit a small one, and was surprised there was a newer Mac for office use.

Incredible experience. From check in to check out it was an amazing stay. The employees all greeted you as they passed. At check in the beautiful agent who checked us in on Friday night 8/23 was superb. She spoke with me prior to arrival when I called and was patient and kind. She greeted us even before I got to the desk. We stayed the entire weekend and no daily service was never an issue. If we wanted daily service all we had to do was ask, but we didn't need it. The entire place was clean and comfortable. I will be staying at this location in the future. Great Job!

Will definitely come back. If there were more than a 5 star rating for the staff I would definitely have chosen that. They are very helpful and so sweet.

Was in handicap room larger than regular rooms walkin shower. Had a wheelchair person. Breakfast hot meat and eggs pancakes and waffles. Chef Wanda? Friendly and helpful.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This facility seems fairly new. Clean and well kept. Great breakfast offering. So, so much better than super 8 and days inn. And the price was right!

We got a flat on the highway and couldn't get it fixed due to it being late. Had vehicle towed to laquinta. Took van to garage the next morning. Had to be out by 11. The van wasn't fixed till 12. Staff at laquinta was so nice. Let us stay till it got done. Would recommend this place. Clean and great people.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. We did not have a reservation. The attendant at the front desk on Monday evening was extremely helpful. She let us check out the pool area and hot tub temperature before booking, since our kids wanted to swim. We were given a very comfortable and clean room. The beds were comfortable and the pull out sofa had clean sheets. I did ask for extra pillows which were delivered very quickly by the same attendant.

Other reviews mentioned roaches...we did not see any bugs anywhere. The entire hotel appeared to be very clean, including the water in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was what you would expect and it was hot and delicious: waffle station for the kids, hot scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. Cereal and pastry options with yogurt and juices. Water and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The breakfast attendant was so kind. She was walking around making sure people were happy and offered to take our empty plates when we were done.

It's a La Quinta, not the Ritz. We had a very comfortable stay.

Kita at the front desk was amazing!! She got us checked in with no problem was extremely friendly and took care of everything for our group with ease. We would come back just for the great customer service. Besides everything else was great also.

Everything was lovley. Staff where polite and quick to get me and my partner to our room. Free coffee, tea, and fresh water provided at all times. Free breakfast and was very clean. The only "problem" was the whirlpools jets wherent working but it was a very minor inconvenience. Will be staying again!

Our room was clean and most importantly pet friendly. After traveling a full day with our child and two dogs, we were able to get some much needed rest before hitting the road again very early. Staff was incredibly friendly and Lani (or Lonnie?) deserves a special shout-out for being an extra helpful member of this location's staff. 10/10!

Great place, nice pool and hot tub, very friendly lady at the desk. Also very nice coffee station in the lobby 24 hr. We will be back!

This place is clean, accommodating, has hot breakfast, an inside pool, friendly and helpful staff. Beds are comfortable. Kid friendly. Has a snack bar and complementary coffee and water in the lobby.

Everything was excellent! I only had one problem, I called specifically to ask if hot tub was working. They told me yes, so I booked room. Got there and it wasn't working. You could go in, but but hot and jet didn't turn on

This visit was so much better than the last. The clerk at the desk was full of smiles. The hot tub was a great time to relax. Room was great. Shower was very nice.

Our room was nice sized & included a small couch. There was only a shower, but that is not a problem. The bathroom was roomy. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Coffee is always available in the lobby. They have a working hot tub, which seems to be getting rarer these days.

Had a great time here. The service was great and Shakita the night reception was a joy. Would definitely stay here again.

I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, so I review each one. The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival, no sketchy characters to be seen. Check in went smoothly with a very friendly desk staff and a welcoming lobby. My room, a king handicap, was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The doors are all interior. WiFi speed was 8.5 megs up, 3.0 down via Ookla. All of the stated amenities were in place, such as the microwave,small refrigerator, and a nice Keurig coffee maker. The hotel has multiple luggage carts. My wall controlled air conditioner/heater worked well. The large television had a huge selection of channels and a good picture. The breakfast area was clean, with five different cereals, scrambled eggs and sausage, four different juice selections and self serve waffles. The snack area has multiple choices, payment at the desk. The pool and adjoining hot tub were awesome. There is a guest laundry available, as well as a fitness center. I would certainly stay here again if working in the area.

My husband, kids and I stayed here a week ago and we loved it. The staff has excellent customer service skills. They always made sure we had everything we needed and our stay was amazing. Our kids had a lovely time in the pool and that’s all they wanted to do while we was there. A free breakfast was also apart of our stay and it was always hot, fresh and amazing. If you got hungry in the middle of the night, they had a 24 hour snack shop available. The hotel is also stationed right by the highway have food places close by and a quicktrip right next door. All the staff was great and I want to give a special thanks to you all worker Tamika, she went over and beyond to make sure we was comfortable, we ain’t need nothing and she always smiled and had a positive attitude. I done seen some people with some poor customer service skills and their attitude will make you never was to come to their work place again but not tamika, she was busy and I even heard a lady be rude to her for doing her job but she still kept smiling and kept a positive attitude. That’s one of most things I loved and remember about my stay because I know she love her job and making sure her number one priority is making sure her guest come first. This most definitely will
be the hotel we stay at when we return. Thank you all so much.

I had a business delay in my travels and had decided to stay at La Quinta Inn in St. Louis, MO and let me tell you what, this is the only hotel I will ever stay at when coming into the area. The front desk man Mr. Steven was so remarkable and incredibly great at his job, he went over and beyond to make me feel like family. The morning desk lady Ms.Shakita was just as remarkable. Both going above and beyond their job details. Every staff member I passed during my stay, from housekeeping to Jackson the maintenance man all were very hospitable. They all met my every need and want. I highly recommend this hotel. Please La Quinta Inn give your staff awards they all deserve one.
