Mattress Firm Bensalem

I had a very pleasant experience at Mattress Firm. My Sleep Expert Joe at the Bensalem store was so helpful and very friendly. He stayed after closing hours to help finish my sale. Joe did not rush me in picking the right mattress for me. Overall, great experience and I definitely recommend shopping at Mattress Firm for your next mattress.

We went to Mattress Firm in Bensalem, PA to buy a bed for a summer place in the northern New Jersey highlands. Our experience with our Sleep Expert, Joe, was wonderful. He helped us determine the best mattress and frame for our needs and to arrange delivery to the distant location with its tricky access. Everything was clearly explained and the price for the whole project very fair. Working with Joe felt like visiting an old friend... he is that personable!

Joe was our sales person today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all products I was shopping for. I'm glad I decided to stop and shop. I purchased 2 queen beds with adjustable frame.

Joe helped us and he was everything I like in a salesman. He gave us our options and told us about the sale and let us check out several mattresses before we made our decision. Very informative but not pushy. I would refer my friends and family there

My guy was Nick, I finally walked in after having plenty of conversations with him. I walked in to look around and weigh my options and I walked out with everything I needed to make my sleep more comfortable. Nick was very knowledgeable about any and everything I asked of him. My wife and I came into the mattress buying experience thinking that it would be a massive headache with a lot of issues that we would run into. Nick at MattressFirm took us in and made the experience completely opposite than what our expectations were leading up. Extremely knowledgable and assisted us from the minute we walked in the store, and after a short time of getting to know our situation, set us up with a fantastic deal on a brand new mattress and adjustable frame. My 2 aunts and I came to mattress firm because we were looking for a mattress for my aunt. Nick was so kind and knowledgeable from the start. My aunt had to go to Boscovs to see what sale they were having and Nick did not push us. He said, I’ll see you when you get back! And he was right. He gave my aunt a great deal on a new bed and I was so excited for her that I had to buy a new bed too. So he gave us an even better deal because we bought 2 mattresses!!! What a wonderful guy!!it was a great experience and we learned so much about mattresses that day!!!

I went into mattress firm to look around for an adjustable bed...did not have the intent to buy but Jackie and Marc were so helpful that i ended up buying...Jackie knew what she was talking about and so did Marc...i feel good with the purchase i made .

Bahia is wonderful, I ended up having to go back because one of the mattress I purchased was not firm enough, I went to the Langhorne store in PA, they told us she was working in the Bensalem store that day, so we drove to that one to have her help us. She even remembered my name outstanding customer service. Also shout out to Nick Bensalem store great experience.
