It was a great experience trying to figure out a mattress I was comfortable with…Stacy was very helpful and very informative…I would recommend if you do need a new mattress that would be the place to go but more importantly, make sure you ask to see Stacy as your sale rep.

The saleswoman was very accommodating with our needs. She listened to what we wanted and gave us several options and was very kind and friendly, professional as well.

I came into the store knowing that I needed a new mattress, but I wasn’t sure what I needed specifically. The store associate, Tyler, was the most professional associate I have seen in a business. He greeted me and my parents politely, he asked great initial questions to figure out what I was looking for, and he showed us a variety of options. There were times where I wasn’t sure about how I felt on a mattress, so Tyler helped with more questions. He gave me a test for my posture on each bed to better gauge how I felt. When we came down to a few options, he explained the different price options, exchanges, etc. and it made the decision comfortable. He even called another store to ask if they had the mattress my parents bought from this store when I mentioned that I wanted something similar. He found me the mattress I needed. Furthermore, we had issues connecting to the internet to fill out the credit application to pay for the mattress. I felt bad that we kept this incredibly friendly and professional expert waiting so long because of how well he had treated us. Nonetheless, Tyler maintained that level of professionalism throughout and helped us sort everything out. I hope that when a friend or family member goes to buy a mattress from this store, they have the pleasure of getting help from Tyler.

Extremely helpful! I was able to buy and pickup my mattress on the same day, and they were very helpful all through the process. It was a great experience and will definitely do business with them again.

I dealt with Scott and Tyler and it was the best customer service experience I've had in such a long time. They are really educated and are not happy until you are happy. They went through great lengths to get me everything I need and then some. I would recommend anyone to them and their boss should be proud they have them 2 as employees because they are amazing. Working with Tyler Storer at the Mattress Firm in Bordentown was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my adult of my life. Not only was Tyler extremely knowledgeable on all of the mattresses in the store (and I mean a LOT of mattresses trust me I tried them all) but he was also incredibly personable and helpful which made this important purchase completely stress free. At no point was I pressured or persuaded into one mattress over another and he was great at listening to my sleep needs whenever I gave him feedback. And he did this all while helping multiple customers at once, perfectly bouncing from one to the next, guiding each of them along their sleep journey in an almost artful way. I would like to appreciate the customer service my wife and I received from Tyler and Scott at Mattress Firm. From the beginning of our visit to the purchase our mattress both Tyler and Scott were expert listeners and very knowledgeable about the latest mattress technology. Tyler actually called a Sealy representative to ask about the availability of a mattress we were inquiring about. I would highly recommend talking to Tyler or Scott if you are interested in replacing or buying a mattress. You will receive excellent service!!!

Tyler was an outstanding salesman. He really cares about the customer and takes budget and comfort preferences into account. He worked with us making sure we liked the feel and am that the mattress could fall in our budget. He’s a great person and I highly recommend talking to him if you are looking for a mattress.

Tyler is very talkative and has great knowledge of the mattresses! He was helpful by letting me experiment with the different types of mattresses. Especially he was helpful by finding the right fit for me! Overall, he is very accommodating and did not mind spending time to chat and examine the mattresses. He is a great sleep expert!

We were greeted immediately, Tyler spent time asking us questions and having us try lots of mattress options to be sure we walked out with the best fit for us within our price range. No overselling or trying to sway us on any decisions. He was patient, polite and very knowledgeable!

Our salesman Anthony was absolutely wonderful and so incredibly helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through choosing what we needed for a mattress. He was honestly such a delight to be around and made the experience a lot of fun.
