One of the easiest and quickest car purchase we've ever done. From test drive to driving away with a new Mustang was only about an hour. John was super helpful and very accommodating with getting the down payment made and walking through the Ford app. Great experience!

Purchased a new 2023 Escape from Medford Ford! I initially inquired about the vehicle online and was contacted the next day by John Scisly. I explained to him my personal experience with another dealership. He presented my offer to management (Christian) and called me back within an hour. John was professional and got me the deal I wanted. I went to the dealership and was in and out in less than 2 hrs. John advised that the gentleman that details the cars for delivery was not in on the day I bought the vehicle. He advised to bring the car back at my convenience and they would do the full detail for me! During the whole process there was no pressure to purchase other products or hidden fees! Everything was straight forward and it was a great experience!

We went to grab a used vehicle just to tide us over for a bit. Christian was great with us. Was not a long time at the dealer. He was with us the whole step of the way and got us out with the vehicle. He really took care of us and my wife said she doesn't want to go anywhere else for our vehicles. J T at Medford Ford made my purchase of a new Edge very easy. It was quite obvious that he was very experienced and able to explain the paperwork in understandable terms.
John was also very experienced and helpful explaining the features of the car and setting up some Apps. Very much appreciated and needed!

I am pleased with the final pricing for the Edge and a great finance plan.
