My favorite tax expert

This guy has no clue what he's doing. Supposed to file my taxes back in April, and never did. Never answered phone calls, never replied to emails. Finally got a hold of him in July and he admitted he had forgotten to file my return along with another person's return, and said he'd do it right away. It is now mid August and I've checked the IRS site and they still can't find my return. And this Rogeles guy still won't answer my calls and I can never find him at the office.
I will proceed to file a 14157 complaint form with the IRS. Don't let this person bamboozle you, it is obvious he has no idea about tax preparation and I should have listened to my relatives when they smelled it a mile away.

I have called many times to his cell phone, to the company and to his email, and he didn't bother to replied. He made a typo with my taxes and now IRS sent me a fine. Any one can make mistakes, but as a company you should faced and fixed.
He llamado a todos sus numerous de telefono, les he escrito a su correo electronico, pero este señor no se molesta en devolver la llamada, cometió un error con el numero de mi seguro social y ahora no da la cara para resolverlo.

Podría cero estrellas. Este hombre lo único que sabe es robarte tu dinero 💰 y si lo enfrentas se hace el ofendido es nada profesional jamas en la vida le vuelvo a dar ni un centavo. Las hojas de los impuestos nisiquiera las da completas porq no quiere que uno sepa q el irs te ha dado más dinero del q el dijo . Claro para quedárselo en su bolsa
