I was super impressed with the service I received at PF Chang's! Our server, Kayla, truly went above and beyond to make sure I was properly taken care of with my food allergy. She checked with the managers and chefs regarding the gluten-free items and even brought out a checklist to ensure I could safely enjoy my meal. Kayla consistently checked in on us throughout the night, always with a polite and caring attitude. She made my dining experience such an ease, and I cannot thank her and the management enough! (If my parents knew how to leave a review, they’d both be cheering on Kayla as well-she was truly amazing!!!)

I took my son here for a pre holiday meal and everything we got was amazing. The apps came out super fast but then we had to wait a bit for the entrees, which was not a problem, however, they comped us a free dessert AND appetizer. Our server was super nice and kept checking on us. This is now our new favorite place to eat, since the food always comes out amazing.

Mark our server was exactly what you want I'm your server & more! Polite, great energy, attentive, great conversation and didn't have to ask for anything.... he was on it!
Samantha the bartender..... coming from a 25+yr veteran bartender & bar/restaurant manager.... made one of the best organic margaritas I've had in a very long time! The second, after a compliment from the first, brought over personally with a beautiful smile and thank you!
Both are enough to just go back & ask for them again besides the food being amazing!

I went to P.F. Chang’s to celebrate all three of our Birthdays. We are all born in December. It was super sweet. When we got there they wrote us a b-day card. They gave us a Birthday ornaments. Brought out a free dessert with sparklers. It was a great experience and we loved the food. My daughter has an anaphylactic food allergy. They were able to make her food allergy free. Great experience. Server was so nice!!

My wife has been here several times and I have always wanted to go, but the kids are not a big fan of this type of food. The kids were away and off we went. I will say, I was not disappointed with the food. Because it was my first time visiting, we ordered way more food than we needed and a little bit of everything. All of the food was amazing and our waitress was on top of her game. We never fell short of drinks and she kept the food coming.

Everything was excellent, the food was hot and delicious as always, AND as always, there were so many new flavors to try!!! It is always incredible coming here — I have never had a bad experience. Mark was absolutely phenomenal, so attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have serving us. We would come back just to see him again and again!!!! Best waiter we’ve ever had anywhere, bar none!!! Great happy hour! Stopped in for some drinks and dinner on a Monday night. Shannon behind the bar was so attentive and was really accommodating for my special request for the happy hour drink modification. Ordered the appetizers and shared an entree- crispy honey chicken. The chicken was crisp and perfectly dressed in sauce- not soaked like some places. Definitely coming back plenty of seats at the bar and perfectly priced!

Usually order to-go and the pick up is always easy. The staff is always friendly and it’s great that they mark all of the gluten free items and have a dedicated gluten free part of the kitchen. The food is really good, too! The food is great quality, especially for gluten free. Great spot for those with gluten concerns!

Had a wonderful experience! Had excellent service by our server Jasmine. She was extremely attentive and kind. Food was also fabulous! Have not been to this establishment in quite some time and will definitely be back soon.

Great spot for dinner! Our server Mark was great. I have a mushroom allergy and after letting him know that, he brought out a personalize printed out menu that had all mushroom free options. Great way to deal with allergies. We had crispy green bean fries, BBQ ribs, sweet & sour chicken, and crispy honey shrimp. The crispy green bean fries, while delicious, is a large plate- might be best for bigger parties.

Personable employees, a good cocktail drink choices and satisfactory menu items. The midnight ritual was a tad sweet based on the recipe not bc of the bartenders- both of them were absolutely great. The dynamite shrimp and dynamite roll were yummy. Can’t say enough about our bartender who took the time to recreate a drink to our liking and was happy to go out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our adult beverages- Mohamed was excellent.

A whole group of us went to P.F. Chang’s this past Saturday night and our server Alexis definitely made the experience so much more worthwhile and enjoyable….Nowadays, wait staff at a lot of places act as if you’re bothering them….some even rude and ignorant…. Our server Alexis was very attentive, remembered everything and was just on top of everything….There were no mixups or mistakes, which can sometimes happen when there is a large group….
We were not waiting long periods of time for anything at all….She really knew what she was doing and on top of everything….And on top of everything we each individually
felt like we were getting catered to… Although Alexis had her hands full and was the “normal busy” for a Saturday night at a restaurant, she did her job very well, all while making it look effortlessly and enjoyable….I’ll definitely be back again and hopefully have the option of requesting Alexis for our server

Fabulous service and amazing food!!! Julia was our server and she was fantastic! Attentive and polite!! I would definitely recommend her when you come in! Eve, the bartender and manger was a delight! They both took such excellent care of us!!! We love this location! Don’t miss it!!

Mark was our server he was amazing! Super friendly and funny. He recommended the cauliflower and it was so good! One of my new favorites! We had an awesome time! Ten stars!!

My first time here was bringing my step-dad out for his birthday! Some food dishes came out better than others. Same thing with the drinks. Service was good too. Overall it was a nice experience. I think I'd come back only if it was for a special occasion, not something I can call my favorite go to restaurant though.

My fiancé and I came in for dinner and sat at the bar and were waited on by Ariana and Shannon and they were absolutely AMAZING. Absolutely the best service we’ve ever had here - they were both so nice and hilarious!
The food was great and came out quickly.
