I was not pleased with my phone order for my daughter's birthday. The arrangement was shaped fine but, it was her birthday... I asked for something colorful and got a white and pastel pink carnation with a and pastel lavender flower and a (white bow). What is colorful and cheerful about that? I called early that morning, so she could be surprised by It and enjoy It for the day, but it was delivered right before school was let out. Sorry, I just wasn't pleased.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home admittedly the next day. The funeral home is mere blocks away in a very small town. The flowers were not received by the grieving family and friends, but Cathy did make 62 bucks.
