Ozark Outdoors Resort

This was our first trip to this beautiful resort . It has a wide variety of cabins and tent and rv camping . The tube loop is fun , but life jacket’s recommended. There are several spots with tree roots and can get tipped .. can’t touch in a lot of places and is hard to get back on tube . Some people tipped off tube .. otherwise there are a few spots with no moving water .. so if you don’t have an oar you can get stopped .. if you bring a pet , get them a life jacket too .. Will , our bus driver , is the absolute BEST ! He will go above and beyond to help you ! Thanks Will . The mercantile is the cleanest store I’ve been to ! Well stocked and NOT overpriced ..We will definitely be back !

Amazing place super big lots of space for Rv's camping 🏕 and everything you could ever need just incase you forget something of course!!! This was our first time and we can't wait to go back next year (current time frame End of October) We stayed at the Do drop inn and it was great comfy beds good running water and everything was super beautiful with the time of year, trees were changing and looked amazing!!!

Good place to gather a group of friends for a float trip! Always a wonderful time ❤ please wear life jackets if you cannot swim as some places get as deep as 30ft. There are plenty of shallow areas for kids to play or to dock your raft or kayak. The weekends are more of a party atmosphere, so if you choose to stay away from that type of surroundings, then I suggest going during the week when it's more laid back.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would! This park like setting is simply beautiful. Beautifully maintained, awesome general store, clean showers and bathrooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family section and it was truly wonderful seeing all the kids riding bikes, scooters and playing yard games with their family and friends. There is no doubt that we will be back with more of our family and friends. Awesome place and even with the kids it was still quiet and serene.

We go to this resort every year on Memorial Day Weekend. This year is was the best yet. Everything has been kept up so nicely. Althea check in staff was super efficient and security made their rounds regularly and always had a smile and a friendly greeting. The beach areas were improved from years past making them much easier to walk on. Great for families, couples or groups!

I'm partial to his place and have been camping here for about 15 yrs. It has been sold to a company in the last couple years so the original owner no longer oversee day to day operations. I watch it grow into a great campground.

We camped with a large group of all ages. Something for everyone. Lots of play in the river. Some of us floated.
Some were able to do the ariel park or Treetops. They had great guides that kindly helped a terrified 9 year old through. There are several points you can quit at different levels but the 8 year old did it all. If you're worried about it being too hard, most of the challenges can be zip lined through if they're too hard for you.
We were also able to go to Onondaga state park and do cathedral cave a few miles down the road.
Staff was great, store had a little of everything. Paddlers grill is open Friday and Saturday but closed Sunday.

What a great place to float and camp for a 50th birthday very clean and the staff was awesome. Was looking for a place to start our annual birthday weekend float, I think we found it. Thanks to the Ozark staff and park

My first time enjoying this location & facilities. Very clean, lots of shaded camping sites, shuttle, store, clean shower houses. I can go on and on. This has become my new favorite spot! Customer service was fabulous! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!

Camped here the last 4 years. Great campground, helpful staff, beautiful stretch of the Meramec river. Have never had a bad time.

Love coming here. Met a lot of great people camping. Loved our spot and the staff that driving the busses and getting us our rafts.

Can't wait to come back. YANK!!!

First time staying here and it's really nice. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well kept. The only problem I really had was that some of the shower/bathroom lights weren't working and one of the showers didn't activate when I put change into it.

We love this place, if you go near the beginning or end of the camping season there's tons of room to spread out and nice big open fields to play frisbee or ball in. Can get crowded on the holiday weekends and even a little roudy if that's what you're into. Restrooms are available and REALLY nice, same with the convenience store. Always nice people working there too! Highly recommended.

We had a great visit this weekend for the spooky camp. Laurie was very helpful and Ron made it possible to get ice after closing because we arrived shortly after the store closed. Overall a great visit with them. Next year we'd like the costume contest to be split between kids a little better if I had any recommendations.

We checked in on Friday night. It was very busy with everyone coming in at the same time. We had a short wait in line but it went quickly. Our cabin was pretty awesome. The beds were pretty comfortable. Just be aware that there is no utensils or cooking where. You have to bring your own. The tube float was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Campground is great with nice facilities and friendly staff. All the floats offered are a great time. Be warned the campsite has almost ZERO signal so download your music before you get down in the valley, and the showers cost 50 cents (very high quality though). If you forget anything the camp store will probably have it but for a couple bucks more than your average store. Cost of convenience I guess! Will definitely be back.

4 friends and I had a wonderful experience at Ozark (17-19SEP). Check in was a breeze and the shop has ice, wood, and many other camping items that you may need. Our cabin was clean, the AC worked great, and the shower water got to an appropriate temperature. The two picnic tables (one on the deck, one next to the fire pit) was very convenient.

Our first day was for exploring: the area is beautiful, well kept, and has good signage for navigating the area. Day 2 was the float trip. Getting to the parking area was easy, the staff helped us find our "bus stop", and the bus driver was informative on how to navigate the float from start to finish. The float was amazing. We left on the 3rd day; check out was quick.

I was glad to have cell service - it was a bit spotty but I didn't mind at all. I just used it to check in with family each day.

Looking forward to the next adventure at Ozark.

Always a great time during every 1 of my several visits. Clean rooms, awesome service, beautiful views, you name it. Will be back for hopefully many more years to come.

I had questions regarding my reservation for the upcoming weekend and spoke with Ashlyn. She was so very helpful and patient with all of my questions. She didn't rush to get off the phone like so many other staff members usually do.

It was very nice. We took our camper there. All the sights I seen were pull thrus. It had showers , a restaurant bathrooms thru out the place. Will definitely be back!
