Hampton Inn Kansas City The Legends

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. At first I was concerned. But then I slept and I woke up rested. The staff was AWESOME! I felt really comfortable here! I was treated like family and that is the best thing about this hotel! Management I hope you hear me! You have an awesome team!!!!

Great place to stay! The rooms are very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is great and the pool area is very clean. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel pool area so clean. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with our experience. I always check my room for cleanliness and this hotel passed. We had our dog with us and they accommodated her and even had a nice treat bag so she was pleased too! I was expecting for the rooms to smell of dogs since dogs are aloud but that’s not the case here no trace that dogs even stay here very clean and smells good. Pool was clean. And breakfast taste great.

Great location near all the restaurants and stores. The manager and front desk staff were very helpful through some extenuating circumstances and were able to meet my needs. Price is very reasonable for all that you get.

The young man who checked us in was absolutely fabulous. Great sense of humor and welcomed us so warmly. It was a pleasure dealing with him

We had a staycation in Kansas City. This was a very nice hotel. You get a lot for your money. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. It snowed the day we stayed, and the pool room was nice and warm. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy and we slept really well. The breakfast bar was really good and they have a lot of options. There was muffins, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, donuts, bread for toast, bagels, gravy and biscuits, fruit, juice, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. They had fixings for the oatmeal and other things. I loved their waffle bar. They had banana bread waffle mix and vanilla waffle mix and toppings you could add. They bagged up the extra muffins and fruit and put them on the front desk in a grab-and-go bag. I thought that was really nice. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if we have another staycation in the future, and I highly recommend it. It's right at the Legends, so there's tons of shops and restaurants you can go to. We went to the Dancing Crab for dinner, and it was really good. Yogurtini for frozen yogurt was fun. My kids love Froyo and wanted to go back.

Everything was fresh and clean. We requested adjoining rooms and it was great. There were no unpleasant smells or heavy sprays masking odors at this hotel. The breakfast was very fresh.

my husband and I stayed one night but it's enough to feel comfortable to come back here…. I booked through the Expedia application and the day of my reservation they asked me for a deposit of $20 dollars, and they told me that they would return it to me and if they returned it to me after two days. so I can say that everything was excellent and reliable in this place…. Thank you very much. 😁🤩

Rooms were nice and clean and cool. The carpet was a little damp. Could use replacing.
The lady at the desk, when we were checking out, was playing on her phone and didn't even look up. But she wasn't rude.

Search no further! Yes,there is a hotel that has reasonable rates, clean rooms,great amenities and a proper breakfast to include actual meat,oatmeal, fruit,juice,pancakes,etc.
Oh,and I can't forget friendly staff all the way around. To receive all of this is nearly impossible these days,and they nailed it all!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful breakfast was fulfilling and plenty for my family the beds were completely clean and comfortable The tvs in the rooms were clear and lots of great channels kid friendly. the lobby and hallways smelled clean of some sent that my husband asked for the name so we can have it in our home. Overall stay was great we will be back for another visit . We also enjoyed the close distance to mall and stadium

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was professional and kind. The hotel was quiet. The indoor pool is a bit small, but I loved that there was a deep end as I was traveling with my young son. The location is conveniently located within minutes of the Legends Mall, Target, and Walmart. Also close to several restaurants.
PS. TVs have all plug in options to connect devices and wifi was excellent.

Great stay last night. Definitely lives by the Hilton standard. Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were spacious. Enjoyed it after a long day. First stay as a Diamond member and was nice to have a parking spot at 1am, plus a welcome bag of goodies. Job well done.

Even though the door had trouble latching correctly, a drawer pull was broken, and a lamp was on the fritz, the room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Sarah is what made the stay incredible! She went out of her way to make our stay the best. I cannot say enough good things about her hospitality. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is central to many venues, restaurants and shopping.
The hotel is fairly new and l like the decor.
Having a chase lounge in the room was a welcome means of relaxing besides the bed. The bed was very comfortable...no back ache after a good nights rest.
Their breakfast was good and varied from day to day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I want to thank Carmen. She really keep on top of keeping the breakfast buffet stocked, cleaned and greeted everyone with a "good morning ". Very pleasant smile, and kindness.
Also, Debbie at the front desk was awesome and helpful. Thanks for the coffee Debbie!🙂

Very nice rooms, close to both Children's Mercy Park and the Speedway. My daughter really enjoyed the pool!
