A lot of turnover with new employees, but it's a good place to work once you establish you're there to stay with the company for a while. Plant Manager and Supervisors are great to work for. Starting pay is low, but there are bonuses for showing up on time and not missing scheduled hours.

They are a great company and very easy to work with. They make sure the meat team has cleaning clothes and my tire department uniforms are clean.

They swap out floor mats and dust mops weekly as well as providing our uniforms. If an issue comes up they are quick to get it corrected.
