Quality Inn & Suites Lenexa Kansas City

A great price for the quality! The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and no bad smells or foul odors. The whole hotel felt very fresh and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly 😁.
Breakfast could have been better in that there was no butter for waffles and some of the cereal was stale and the fruit didn't seem very fresh, BUT the person at the main desk would wipe down the table after each customer was done and had left.
The hotel maintenance was impeccable. No paint scratches or chipped and even the metal thresholds were clean!

The staff was accommodating with our needs and check-in/check-out was quick. I loved that the hotel wasn't on a main road. It was quiet and easy to find. The mattresses were comfortable even though they weren't new. Breakfast had several options. My only complaint was that the AC was turned off when we arrived so it took a little bit for our room to cool down.

Have had about 8 appointments in Kansas City over the past year and a half. We've stayed here every time and have never been disappointed. Staff have always been friendly and the rooms are always clean. Location is just where we've needed to be. Sorry to see all the negative reviews but we've never had issues here.

I ended up having to unexpectedly stay around 10 days here. The rooms were always clean and the beds were very comfortable. They kept me in clean towels. I enjoyed a hot breakfast each morning of a sausage, egg biscuit or waffle or other choices. The owners were always so nice and accommodating. I was very pleased with my long stay here.

We love our stays at this hotel, we made it our official hotel every time we go to Kansas. Front desk are amazing and we love their welcoming smiles. Alex is always so helpful, but really everybody is 😃.
Also, very important, the in-door pool, we have enjoyed it every season 😉

Stayed in this really nice hotel right outside Kansas City,on our last leg of our trip!! We got in late but the lady at front desk let us sneak in the hot tub ,rooms were beautiful, breakfast was delicious!! Definitely recommend!!!Awesome stay to end my Wonderful 2 week vacation!!

We spent two nights here and it was absolutely what we expected. Clean, super quiet rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. They have carts to carry your stuff from the car. They have an indoor pool. Elevator is slow, but they also have stairs on both ends of the building. Excellent value for the quality provided.

The staff was very helpful. We stayed there for a weekend get away. We stayed with a service dog and they were very respectful about it. They even gave us a room near the door to make it easier to take him out. Breakfast was a good selection even though we didn’t eat it much.

So far so good. Room is clean, neat and tidy as is the whole building. Take a look at the pictures I up loaded. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub felt great after a long drive. It has a large parking lot for easy in and out. I have it four out of five stars because I have not eaten breakfast yet. Now I've eaten breakest and it is the 5th star. Great budget accommodations.

I loved our stay we had to come here because Expedia got us a room that had no microwave and tv did not work. I was extremely happy with the upgrade that Expedia gave us by putting us in this hotel and it should have been our first choice in the beginning. Not one single issue no people walking up and down the hallway like they are trying to ask you for money nothing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Some dusting could be better to get rid of the left over lent other than that the staff was amazing and I am just mad we didn’t choose them first then we could have got our full money’s worth during this power outage around the metro area

There was an odd smell in the room but overall it exceeded expectations!

Stayed here three times this year because the rooms were good and the staff nice.

My family stayed here Sunday night and we had a really nice room. We loved the fact that they had a heated pool. The kids loved the breakfast that they had in the morning as well. Next time we are in the KC area we will be staying here again.

Third shift desk clerk was very good at his job. He did everything by the book from greeting me and the requests he made of me to initial and sign paperwork, and explain breakfast hours, checkout time and so forth. He didn't miss a thing.

We stayed last night in room 214 overall easy check in and out. The only issues in the room were the coffee maker was dusty, and the bathroom door seemed to be warped. Breakfast this morning was good our son loved the maple cinnamon waffles. Next time we are in Lenexa we will stay here.

It was a very nice stay. Staff and breakfast was great! Oh yeah the pool and hot tub. The only thing that dampened our stay was being harassed by the Lenexa PD. Other than that it was great!

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean, beds comfy and pillows fluffy. The heated indoor pool and spa were great. I have found my home away.

POOL AND HOT IS OPEN ALONG WITH THEIR BREAKFAST!!. THAT IS HARD TO FIND RIGHT NOW!! Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Staff is helpful without attitude. If I ever stay in this area again this is the location I will be staying.
