Carel at Waterone is amazing to work with. I greatly appreciate all her help with my water bill and info she was able to provide me on my high bill. we have been in and out of town at the Mayo Clinic due to my daughter being ill and had high water usage at night when we shouldn't have had any and she notified us of that and let me know we could get reimburse for the high usage if we get the issue fixed. She even followed up a few weeks later. Thank you Carel for being such a kind helpful soul.

I'm moving out of the area and had to cancel service. After a short click through their phone menu I was talking with a real human in about 1 min. 3 min later my service was canceled - quick and easy. And their water tastes like water - it's extra delicious with ice. Thanks WaterOne.

We've used Water One for almost 20 years and have unfailingly polite, timely, and helpful service. Every time we've stopped by their office, called customer service, or needed anything - they've been happy to help. Thank you for making living in Olathe such a pleasure!

When I bought my house I had noticed the water meter cover was several inches below the existing ground. This depression would hold rainwater and leaves and made mowing over this difficult. I made a call to the Customer Service line, explained the problem, and they came out a few days later and raised the meter level with the existing grade. The maintenance crew took care to replace the sod around the meter cover so you cant even tell they adjusted it. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. Keep up the great work!

I've never had a problem with customer service. I just called today and she was very polite and courteous. I don't use their website, so cannot comment on that. I just pay our bill with online bill pay, so don't go to their site. We love their water, it's very good!

Needed a water meter fixed because it created a hole in my yard. They fixed it the same day and everyone I talked to was nice.
