Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park

Very clean and nice suite. Super big and spacious. Very accommodating hotel and has a great breakfast and the chef cooks food in front of you as you order.
We would definitely stay here again.
My only complaint would be that the bathroom had no ventilation fan for when showering and the door was slated and didn't feel private at all. The bathtub wasn't super clean looking because of the rough tile and the soap wasn't great either. But aside from that it was a great stay. We've always loved embassy hotels

I booked this hotel for my partner as he is traveling cross country to our new home. This hotel was one of the top rated hotels in the area and appeared to very comfortable and safe. My partner who has traveled across the nation to numerous states, said that this is THE BEST hotel he has ever stayed at and that we must come back. The rooms were beyond spacious and clean with room darkening curtains as well. Let's add that they are PET FRIENDLY as well and our pups enjoyed their stay. The customer service was phenomenal and check in and out was a smooth process.

Outstanding Hotel Experience!
My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who were eager to assist with any needs or questions I had.
Facilities and Maintenance:
The facilities at the hotel were top-notch. Every part of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The maintenance crew deserves a special mention for their fantastic work in ensuring everything was in perfect order. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Chris at the front desk. After spending 12 hours in the car, it was nice to see a friendly face! Hot tub and pool area were clean but hot tub was not hot enough. Breakfast was phenomenal and well stocked but the evening kitchen lacked on menu items multiple nights. What I did eat was good but I had to reselect a dinner option because what I wanted was out of stock. Housekeeping was attentive. Overall a great stay and I would choose this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking and location were convenient. The breakfast, bar/ restaurant and reception were good. The pool and the gym were well maintained. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant family weekend getaway during Spring break!

Our stay at Embassy Suites was fantastic! I hadn’t been here in years and thought it was going to be outdated but our rooms were very nice. We did stay in the premium King room but I think they’re actually the same as the others but came with a few perks like snacks and WiFi. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable for the kids but that’s the nature of pull out beds. I really liked that the living room was separate from the bedroom. It felt like a little apartment. The breakfast was actually really good and much much better than most hotel breakfasts. They even had a station where they’d make a custom omelette. The only complaint I have is that the mini fridge didn’t get very cold.

I never understand how Embassy Suites can be less than a 5 star. I’m always unimpressed by most hotels. I’m never disappointed at Embassy.

I always stay here when in town, which is frequently. Nice staff and good people/vibes in the bar/restaurant area. I will actually be staying there on the 4-22 and 23 next week.

My go-to place when visiting for an annual convention. Staff are great, always a pleasure and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and nothing to complain about at all. The evening reception is quite welcome and the made to order breakfasts are great.

Excellent place to stay. Great service and staff. Good AC. Nice room. Good breakfast. Great TV. Great cellular reception. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. Extra linens were provided in the closet, but I did have to call the front desk for extra pillows. They were courteous to bring them to me. I

It should be noted that guests have to use a digital key on their phone. But as long as you have a basic understanding of technology, it works great. It's all on the Hilton app. I signed up with fake info because I don't care to doxx myself in an inevitable data breach.

Suggestions:
It would be nice if the restroom had a powered exhaust fan on a timer, and the room was a bit humid.

I paid for a corner suite.
The 3 other times I stayed, it was on the top floor with view in 2 directions. Spacious, quiet and worth the money.
This time, second floor. Views of the air conditioning. Half the room square footage was the hallway leading back to the room. Next to the service elevator. It felt like a second rate room.
It had 2 rooms but was no bigger usable area than a standard room.
They gave me the presidential suite to make up for the misunderstanding. My favorite hotel I the chain. I will stay here as always. Their promise to make it right is not just words. Stacy is the best.

Convenient location with a nearby gas station, restaurants and car rental. Staff was courteous from front desk, evening reception and breakfast. Room and linens were very clean and the king bed was comfy. Kudos to the chef who patiently made omelettes to a constant stream of hungry guests! Thank you!

This was my first stay at this location but it was consistent with other Embassy Suites that I’ve stayed at. Typical cooked to order breakfast, free drinks and snacks in the early evening at the bar. But When my booking charges got mixed up the staff did a fantastic job of getting everything straightened out. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay for our family. Brent at the front desk was phenomenal along with the rest of the staff at this hotel. They were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The rooms were spacious and cozy and definitely worth the price point. Stayed one night for a couples' weekend and the area was clean and quiet. Love the setup with glass elevators and a huge central "courtyard" area. Bartender was very kind and conversational and breakfast was good (albeit a bit hectic, but hey, it's free!)

Used the remote key option in the Hilton app and it was AWESOME! So neat to be able to open the door with my phone and do a remote check-in to skip the line.
