Great staff very friendly and welcoming their attitude really makes the gym feel like a judgment free zone and they also have a great trainer that genuinely wants to help you reach your goals. The place is a lot cleaner than a lot of the gyms I go to or see and they have a nice wide range of machines so if somethings taken to can go to one of the same machine or a different one to work out the same muscle group in maybe a way you haven't tried before overall a great place to be to get your workout in.

Great environment! Fair pricing, I LOVE that you can bring a guest every time with the black membership. That alone kept me renewing it even when I didn't use the gym much.

Now they're helping me rehab from a car accident and get back into better shape than I've been in for years! A fine component of the community.

The morning time at this particular PF is the best time to work out. Nice elliptical machines.

The staff is proactively helpful and friendly, the equipment is plentiful and the hydromassagers are out of this world. Really glad I joined, and PF makes it easy to keep my workout promise to myself.

I've had a lot of success at PF since I joined in October. And the staff are very helpful and polite. Especially the gentleman with the ponytail, he always greets me and holds the door if hes coming/going.

Thanks for finally fixing the toilet seat lids in the male restroom.

Excellent selection of cardio and strength training equipment with a laid back vibe. Good choice for this retired couple. We do look forward to our home club hiring a new trainer.

My husband and I recently moved and switched our memberships from the Overland Park Planet Fitness to the location here in Lawrence. The Lawrence location here is a million times beyond the old location we used to be at. I LOVE my new Lawrence Planet Fitness.
The Lawrence location is not even close to full even at their busiest times, the employees are helpful and kind, the whole place is so clean and I see the employees here actually working and helping their customers. Not to mention, the Lawrence location is actually open 24/7 unlike the Overland Park one when we used to go there. This is a huge pro for me coming here since I get more use out of my membership with the time flexibility. When we switched gyms, Planet Fitness asked me for feedback on how we liked our new gym, I told them the only thing I could suggest was to get some rowing machines at this location. I got a call back on that same exact day from their manager letting me know that they ordered rowing machines and that they would be there that week.
Really great service and respect for their members (in my opinion) to contact their customers that quickly for something that wasn't even a serious complaint. We upgraded to the black card membership based on our good experience at this new location.

Love the "judgement free zone" and number of machines; I never have to wait for a treadmill, bike, or elliptical. The atmosphere is great and the gym is well-kept and clean. I have never felt intimidated while there. The staff is great and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Love this Planet Fitness facility.
I wish they were open 24/7 but I do understand this area is not as demanding for that.
I definitely feel like I get my money's worth here. Between the awesome month to month membership price, member perks and just overall inviting and clean area it's really easy to go workout here.

Great workout place. Lots of machines and for the most part the PF team leaves a person alone and they don't get pushy about upgrading one's membership or about buying any of their other products. Most of the staff are great. I have only had a couple of times were a staff member seemed to not be a great fit for their job at PF. That is to be expected at any workplace. No one that has been working out there has ever given me any grief or been judgmental.

The staff have always been kind and curtious. I more than not get a greeting and farewell. Then they let me do my thing. I sometimes forget my mask but have several in the car so I get it. Lots of tvs, lots of equipment to mix up my routine. We get a better control on this pandemic so it can go back to 24 hrs. Great location

Great deal for the space they have available. Lots of treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes, along with free weights & machine weights. Usually there are 1 or 2 things with a sign on them that the machine is out of order, but by the next time I come it isn't there anymore.

Staff is helpful, locker-rooms are clean, other members usually clean up after themselves.

I joined Planet Fitness recently and have been impressed with the overall quality of the Gym. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The gym is clean and there are cleaning stations throughout. The environment is welcoming and calm.

Great place to go when everything is closed. Get a tan, a massage in their hydro bed (feels great). Or workout with no judgement. Nice little places to hide from other people. Especially when it's not busy late at night. My favorite hangout when insomnia hits

The Lawrence Planet Fitness is very clean and the staff are very nice and friendly. They recently got new equipment and I’m really glad they went 24/7! They weren’t when they first opened and I was one of (probably) a lot of people who requested this location to go 24/7.

I love the Lawrence location! It's great 90% of the time. Honestly, the only issues I ever have are with men who never wipe the machines down after they use them. It would be nice to see staff members following up with them, or maybe place more emphasis on that when people sign up. No one want to sit on a machine after someone else's sweaty butt has been on it, haha. Otherwise it's a wonderful experience! It's the only gym I've ever felt comfortable going to.
