We wanted to replace the hose bibs for our outside faucets when a couple of them began to leak. We had five and a couple were not easy to get to. James came quickly, gave us a good price, did excellent work and replaced our old hose bibs with high quality ones. He did it on time, at the price he quoted. We will definitely use him again.

They did a wonderful job. We were told by one of the big companies we need to replace the entire sewer line at a cost of $28,000. After contact James he correct all of the problems by simple de-scaling my cast iron lines, fix two showers & replaced a kitchen sink facet for just at a great value. If someone tells you that there is a problem call Sherlock Homes plumbing and see the true job.

We called James on a Sunday at 2:45pm. He was at our home at 3:15 and the issue was resolved by 3:45pm. You can’t ask for much more. Responsive, polite, and does wonderful work. Thank you James!

We had a drainage issue with our basement drain and Sherlock Homes (James) came over same day to fix it! We had a commercial company out to look at our shower and it took the tech hours and constant calling his supervisor. James came out, had it diagnosed in minutes. He also humored my husband and I with some very funny stories. He sent his guy out within the next few days and everything was done perfectly with no issues! James and Ty came right away and fixed a problem that would have been a hugh water problem had they not come within a very reasonable time frame.. James identified the problem, fixed the leak which was truly like Sherlock Holmes because the leak was not obvious and charged a reasonable fee. . I would definitely recommend James and will use him again should I ever need a plumber. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough about this business. The owner is professional, timely, trustworthy and very experienced. As a woman I have been sold a “bill of goods” many times. Not here! The pricing was very fair and I felt completely confident allowing the team into my home. The space was cleaned up after the jobs and the work and cost was explained so I fully understood what I was paying for and what the process would look like. Had an issue with my computer plumbing a few times and James has always been 100% up front honest and fixed everything I’ve needed both at my work and home. Can flush a football down the toilet at work if I wanted to.

James was very responsive to our need for a plumber. While it was not an emergency, he responded within a few minutes after I sent a text message requesting an evaluation of our sump pump failure. His schedule allowed him to come to our home late the following morning. He was knowledgeable of the reason for the failure and provided two options. A new sump pump was installed in less than 90 minutes. Although not having a good point of reference regarding typical costs for this type of work, I do feel his total cost was reasonable. I will keep him in mind when future plumbing needs arise.

We had a pipe burst after days of sub-zero temperatures. They were able to send a technician out quickly. The repair was done in about an hour and the work was great. James is a straight shooter with a good sense of humor. He quickly installed a new kitchen sink faucet and a new toilet he picked up for us. He came out and gave a free estimate before any of the work was done, and he was very fair with pricing. Glad we listened to our friends with this recommendation...

Ty was awesome at helping with our toilet leaking and water shut off valve. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and quick at letting us know what the cause is and fixing it same day. They were able to help us quickly despite the holidays. Extremely grateful!
