Kizer Cummings is so wonderful. My husband came to them with my great grandmother’s wedding set last year and told them what I had envisioned for my engagement ring. They were able to do exactly what we wanted with the rings, which was to replace the setting with a completely new one and an aquamarine stone. They did it perfectly and I still have my great grandmother’s diamond for future use. I took my rings back in recently to have them soldered and it was done within 24 hours. Extremely professional and polite. I will recommend Kizer Cummings to everyone I know in the area!

I would never not go there! My wife has numerous custom pieces and they are the best! Hell I might not go in for a year or two and they recognize me and I love that! Blane is the man at creating stuff for you! They have made me 3 sets of necklace and earrings and are working on a anniversary necklace now for me too!

After shopping around at a few different jewelers on Mass St. we decided to go with KCJ for so many reasons. We worked with Erica for both our engagement ring and wedding bands. From the beginning Erica was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. We decided to design my wedding band and Erica was able to provide endless detail and information on which diamonds may be best for us. She presented multiple options for us to be able to make an informed decision. Throughout the design process she printed a 3D model of the ring so we could better visualize what it would look like. While we were in the production stage she kept us up to date on the timeline and ensured all of our questions were answered. The final result was absolutely gorgeous and solidified for us that we would go back to design our wedding bands. We had a very similar experience with our band creation. Erica provided mockups of what the hand engraving would look like so we could better visualize the process. The end result of our bands was even better than we could imagine. Every experience we have had at KCJ has been outstanding. From the high level of customer service to the quick turnarounds with no impact on the end quality, we just could not be more thrilled. We will continue to go there for years to come.

Every time we went in to plan our custom engagement ring, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful in making our vision a reality. When we picked it up today we were blown away by how amazing it looked. Not only is the piece breathtaking, but they delivered it a week early with a price that put the chain stores to shame. Words can’t describe the feeling I get, every time I look down at my engagement ring. Beyond beautiful work done at Kizer Cummings, and everyone is welcoming and friendly when you walk in the store. My fiancé bought the engagement ring there last year, and this year we’ve purchased his wedding band. He loves it, and is excited to wear it. They are currently finishing up my customized wedding band! I hadn’t found “the one” in the case to go along with my ring, so they drew up and configured a band, showing me a mold of it before going to the final stages. Flexible with changes, and making it perfect. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure our experience was great, and as I said before, my ring could not be more beautiful. Kizer Cummings did my wife's engagement ring, her wedding band, and my wedding band - all custom designed. Erica, the specialist who helped us, was incredibly helpful and worked with us every step of the way, from me walking in and wanting help designing an engagement ring, to final touch ups a month before the wedding. Kizer Cummings is truly a great, locally owned jewelry shop. The staff know what they're talking about, are straightforward and honest. They are very easy to work with, very patient and really responsive to questions. Everyone is incredibly kind and do a great job at making you feel welcome even if you have zero idea of what to do or know zero things about jewelry. Blaine made my custom engagement ring and wedding band exactly like I imagined. I also had a separate a custom ring made with an inherited stone and Blaine and Erica were awesome the whole process. They helped put what I was thinking and wanting into actual designs and were super open to modifications until it was perfect. Kizer has a great selection of unique loose stones and beautiful jewelry. I've already referred lots of people there, but that's because they really are awesome and do incredible work.

My fiancé and I had my engagement ring and our wedding bands custom made at Kizer Cummings. The whole team has been incredible, from start to finish. They helped us design our dream rings and were very communicative throughout the process. Erica is a dream to work with. The best part: my engagement ring was created using my fiancé's grandmother's diamond. When it came time to make the bands, we asked if we could use the gold from that ring to make my fiance's ring. They made it happen. I HIGHLY recommend using Kizer Cummings to create your jewelry. Not only are they kind and helpful, they're incredible artists.

The entire team at Kizer was so helpful and easy to work with. My now fiancé and I had a great experience every trip in. I was able to work with Blaine to create a custom ring. I have been going to Kizer Cummings for years. They have a very nice selection of items from various companies. However, the way that they stand out is their jewelry design. Blaine worked with me for months on my engagement ring. Where I started out and where I ended up was a back and forth process and the final design has never made me think that I would prefer anything other than exactly how it is.
