Hazel was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Any question even it seemed redundant or simple she was very courteous and efficient. Everything went smoothly and I am pleased with being a customer of the provided storage facility. I ended up with a good size, location, and pricing. Definitely an amicable and pleasant transaction.

20 years ago I was deployed and had to move all of my stuff into storage, and for the last 20 years I have gone from one assignment to another and have not return home to settle my storage unit and from time to time my auto debit system have gotten compromised where it has been difficult to deal with al the travel but a week ago I visit a local store where Agent Hazel made what typically is a very frustrating process, so easy and corrected everything that was wrong, from password resent to updating records and making sure I was back in auto pay. I cannot thank her enough for handling all these issues.

Had a hiccup with my new unit because of the previous occupants not reporting an issue to the management until a month after they'd moved out, but Hazel contacted me concerned for my belongings. She got me moved to another unit and made sure no billing issues resulted from it. Thanks for the great service!

Hazel is amazing! She is helpful and kind and answered all my questions and even took me to my unit and sprayed WD-40 so the door opens and closes easily! She goes above and beyond and I really appreciate her

This is THE BEST storage place I've ever used!!! I have had storage with many many different companies but this place tops them all!!! The drive-in bay to my climate-controlled space is a life/leg/back saver, and they have the hands-down, cleanest facilities, safest/closest entry to your unit, and best customer service, (shoutout to Hazel)!!!! If you need storage, look no further!!!
