I had leaking vent gasket on my roof. I got on their website to set up an appointment. Got a call the same day and set up a time to come out and look at it. Alpha came out today to look at my leaking vent gasket on the roof. They called ahead of time to let me know they were 15 out. Showed up in 15 min and looked at the issue. Went on the roof and fixed it right away same day. I had a few nails backing out on flashing that I asked if they could hammer back in. They did that and even put silicone over the nail holes. Friendly, prompt and professional. Happy to support a local business. My issue was a relatively minor one but one house away my neighbour just had Alpha replace their roof this week. They had nothing but good things to say about Alpha as well. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

Not only was the price fair for the amount of work performed but their estimator, Matt, was readily available and very helpful.
