If you ever need your house painted or have your house fixed call Garcia Roofing. They’ve been respectful towards us, outstanding work and they’re very professional. After we called, he told us he’d do an estimate today and came within an hour and did estimates which was surprising because we didn’t need an appointment. They worked hard in the heat and the work they did was absolutely stunning, our house looks very beautiful. They gave us good explanations, they very respectful towards and very trustworthy. They all made sure their work fit our requests for details. If I ever have any issues with my house, I have the Garcia company on speed dial. Out of any contractor, these guys are the best. They go above and beyond to help us. Price was in budget range, they provided an aspect that hardly any contractor gives, trust.

Had wonderful experience with David Garcia. He came out to Leavenworth to inspect the roof on my rental property. I had already had two contractors insist that the entire roof needed to be replaced. David evaluated the roof much more thoroughly and determined that it only needed new flashing around the chimneys and replacement of the flat roof over the small utility room addition. I was so impressed I asked him to go check out my other rental property a mile away which had already had the roof replaced to see if he find any problems with it. Sure enough, he found that the flashing on several of the roof penetrations were already starting to fail. I went up on the roof with him and he showed me. Gaps were already starting to form. So impressed with his technical skills and professionalism. I highly recommend Garcia Roofing!

Garcia Roofing replaced the siding on my home and painted the home. The final result is nothing short of outstanding. The home looks beautiful. The price fit my budget and was affordable. David made this a unique experience. Before the contract was signed, we walked through every single detail in the entire process to make sure we agreed on everything. David and his team are more than roofing repair specialists, they are really good people. They stand behind their work and they work hard to make sure everything is done right and to the customer's satisfaction. My concrete tile and facia board repair (after a lightening strike) required multiple trips. They were always on time, always meticulous, always considerate and always safety conscious. I recently went on a trip and came home to a notice from my insurance company saying that they planned on canceling my homeowners policy due to natural discoloration of my roof.

I called Garcia roofing and he was able to be out at my house within the hour to check my roof. I was confused because my it was relatively new. After an inspection, he agreed that my roof looked in good shape and it could last another 10 to 20 years without any issues.

He offered good advice on talking to my insurance company and even offered to come back and do a 2nd inspection at no cost. He was very professional and knowledgeable - I can't express how grateful I was to encounter someone with his integrity and kindness.

David called before they were coming to double check what we had agreed on and the cost. He repaired the facia that was damaged and even went to the store to buy paint to finish the facia board. They also aligned the gutter angle. He inspected our roof and while he was up there he sealed the nails that had raised. When they were finished they cleaned up and asked me to inspect their work. I consider him to be honest and professional.
