Body Boutique Women's Fitness

My husband and friends encouraged me to attend the 6 week fitness challenge for early 2024. This is the first gym I've attended as an adult. I never felt the need to attend a gym for a good workout before. This was a fun experience and I learned that going to a gym helps keep me motivated. I really enjoyed how engaging and encouraging everyone is here! I mostly went for the Zumba classes, but decided to do Sh'Bam, Body Balance, and Body Pump. I loved it! I was very impressed with the Body Pump class! My muscles have tone to them again and I've lost some extra weight from having my youngest child. It was awesome to be encouraged to get out of my comfort zone! I'm glad I did it! 😄

I appreciate that Body Boutique is an all women's gym. The facilities are well kept and clean. The daycare room is huge with lots of toys and the caretakers are always so good with the kids. My daughters looked forward to being there! I wished I could continue with the membership. The 35 minute drive is just a bit too long for me to keep up with it for how often I would prefer to attend. I'm going to miss this gym and everyone! Now I see the importance of attending a good gym. Thank you to everyone at Body Boutique for the wonderful experience! 😊

I thoroughly enjoy going to Body Botique! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love all of the instructors, the virtual options are awesome, and you can stream workouts in your home! The sauna, hot tub, and shakes are awesome too!

Body Boutique is the best gym in Lawrence! It is a place where you can get a great workout and be supported by other women! The instructors are the best, not only do they care about you, they strive to push you to your optimal fitness level. I highly recommend this gym to any woman looking to improve their health and wellness!

Body Boutique has a clean facility and the staff are friendly. The owner does not hesitate to share her passion with potential members and current. I enjoy the vibe of this place, I get to workout in a safe and comfortable space. They honor their pricing and have options. The trainers (ask for Shannon) are amazing and care so deeply about your fitness goals.

This gym allows you to walk in and feel comfortable to focus on the workout ahead of you and that's what everyone wants out of a gym. My favorite part of Body Boutique are the classes and instructors. You really can walk into any class and meet the instructors or gym-goers who will help you with set up for the class and that's due to the amazing atmosphere that Body Boutique has created. This is still an amazing female community to be apart of! ❤

Body Boutique is my happy place. There is no other gym like it. From group fitness classes, personal and small group training, indoor cycling, machines and weights and equipment, a mindfulness studio equipped with in-person and virtual class options, to a jacuzzi and dry sauna, full-service beauty salon and nutrition club, a woman is able to care for her entire mind, body and spirit in a positive, supportive environment, all under one roof. Body Boutique is the place to be!

I don't love crowds so this gym is perfect for me. I enjoy going with my friends and this place loves friends who support one another. Overall I'm very pleased. Great trainers and staff too!

I’ve tried out a most of the gyms in Lawrence, and I have to say this is one of the nicest ones we have. I love that I am able to get my nails done (shoutout to Jourdan S in the salon!), get a protein shake, and get a workout in all in one place. Being a women’s only gym is such a plus too, makes it even more of a comfortable, safe environment.

I am a huge fan of all the classes I've tried so far! Every instructor is so good at teaching their classes. They are encouraging and truly care! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Body Boutique!

I LOVE Body Boutique/Free State Ride! I have tried all of the gyms in Lawrence and never truly felt like I found my place. As a college student, the location is so ideal right next to campus. My favorite aspect of the gym is that it is all women—I struggled with severe “gym-timidation” and the women here couldn’t be more welcoming and non-judgmental. The classes have become my routine every week and I am obsessed! I used to be a cyclist at other commercial cycle studios, but the hefty price tag was not worth it. Here at BodyBoutique, Free State Ride Cycling is included in the price which is a huge draw for me! I leave feeling empowered, strong, and healthy. It is easy to commit to fitness when you love the environment you’re in. I definitely see results and have gained so much muscle/lost so much body fat %, and feel AWESOME! If I could give this gym 1 million stars I would because there is absolutely nothing I would change!

This gym has been a life changer. I have never enjoyed exercise. I love that the staff are so helpful and that there is no judgement. This gym serves women of all ages and stages.

This gym family, let me tell you! From the owner to our new salon girls to the trainers to the members to TBN customer. So many wonderfully amazing people who care about you and your personal development, your health, where there’s a will there’s a way! I have never felt more accepted in my life. There is a smile and a positive attitude around every corner. Best decision I have made in a long time was joining the gym. Health goals, so many options. Come see us and Join our family!!

I’ve been going here for a month now after leaving crunch. Best decision ever!! This gym is amazing and I always feel comfortable here. Never need to worry about parking or it being packed like it is at Crunch. The owner is very nice and welcoming when you come in 💗. Love the atmosphere here. My only regret is not coming here sooner!!

Body Boutique was the first gym I have ever had a membership to. I always felt intimidated and from the very first trial class I went to, I love it! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and it’s a great judgement free zone! I’ve met so many people that are so encouraging and have became friends- I love the community and family feel that BB has! ♥

I’ve never been to an all women's gym before but it’s been an amazing experience! The instructors learn your name and really push you. The HIIT and TRX classes are my favorite!

I love Body Boutique! I have belonged to this gym for 12 years and it is like a second home! I get a great workout and get to enjoy the camaraderie of my Body Boutique sisters! The Les Mills format and the instructors are the best! There is no other gym like Body Boutique!

Amazing gym! I love that Body Boutique is an all women's gym with great classes. The group classes help me get into the gym along with my personal trainer Nancy. I drop my kid off, when needed, in the childcare in BB and they love it. They have fun playing with the other kids along with getting to be crafty. The child care staff are so friendly, great with keeping the place clean, and are amazing with your child(ren). BB has Total Body Nutrition connected to the gym so it makes healthy eating choices, pre and post workout, a breeze! Love this facility and highly recommend Body Boutique.
