Today I was in this store and the young lady who was working was extremely nonresponsive and rude. She did not greet us as she was too busy talking with friends. I accidentally knocked over a necklace and she looked at me with complete disgust. She followed me around the store straightening racks after every piece of clothing I browsed through yet could not say one word to me. I was going to buy a bag and 3 items of clothing and as much as I like to support local, none of the brands are exclusive and I can buy everything direct online. I am a business owner myself and if I treated customers the way I was treated today I would be out of business You may want to emphasize the importance of customer service to your staff.
