Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Waverly

I initially had a bad experience 6 months ago when making our room block for my daughter’s wedding. But once new management took over a few months later, Kathy, the new manager did everything she could to fix the situation. The wedding was this past weekend and the entire staff bent over backwards to make everything perfect for us. Their service was exceptional. Several of our guests have commented how impressed they were with their stay as well.

Had a great experience. Chad took great care of me at the front desk. Room and facilities were clean, staff was friendly. Warm cookies.

Great place to stay in Waverly, Iowa. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms and great location in downtown Waverly. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a place to stay.

The staff at Cobblestone Inn & Suites ~ Waverly are exceptional. They were very accommodating and provided me space to work after checking out of my room. The next overnight stay in Waverly will be booked again at Cobblestone Inn and Suites. The reason I didn't give 4 stars to the room was I could tell my room recently had a pet in the room. Since it is a pet friendly hotel, I should have asked for a room that hasn't had a pet in it recently, but I didn't. Next time I will. I am sure they will be accommodating in this manner.

Absolutely amazing staff!! I would go down to ask a question for something simple and the couple of minutes always turned in to 15+ minutes!! Felt like I knew them for years!!

Great customer service, room was accommodating. Bed very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

Great night sleep. Nice clean rooms. Front desk service was excellent and plenty of parking, especially if you have an oversized vehicle.

The staff is excellent and very helpful! The rooms are always clean and very up-to-date! There's a nice bar downstairs to have a beer while waiting for friends and family and a very nice hot breakfast in the morning including make your own waffles! And there's always coffee downstairs anytime day or night ! There's also a pantry downstairs where you can purchase Pizza ice cream burritos etc for late-night snacks or those lazy days where you just want to relax in the room! If it only had a hot tub this would be the perfect place to stay!

On our way to Sturgis and found this gem of a Hotel. Very cute town. Will definitely stay there on our way home. Also recommend Z’s Pizza down the street for a very cold beer and pizza!

Check in was easy...staff member Ashlee was great in sharing info about Decorah and other questions. Clean, convenient location to walking trail and Wartburg College.
Excellent breakfast!

Clean, quiet and quite honestly, probably your best bet when staying in Waverly. The rooms are not the most attractive (lots of brown) but again, it was clean, the WiFi was great and the front desk staff were nice and friendly!

I rented the conference room for a class I teach. Tiffany was very helpful and made sure the room was set up just like I requested. It was so clean and made a beautiful venue for my music and movement class! Highly recommend. <3

Have been staying in this hotel since it opened and always find the accommodations outstanding. The rooms are neat and clean, the staff is professional and helpful, and the amenities are perfect. If you have a chance to stay overnight in Waverly, stay here!

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and a lot of restaurants deliver to the hotel. It is in a cute little town on the main street. The only downside is the construction that makes getting to the hotel a little challenging but the hotel itself is great!

New, beautiful, clean. Pleasant staff. A winner in my book! The outside photo is incorrect and looks like a Comfort Inn. This is a smaller hotel, but well worth it. Interior photos are correct.

Best Place to stay in Waverly, Continental Breakfast, close to best restaurant's in Waverly, also a lot of drinking and eating establishments within a two block walking distance. Beautiful rooms and such helpful and upbeat employees.......
Friendly, Friendly, Friendly!

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. When I stay in Waverly again, I'll be staying at the Cobblestone!

The beds and rooms were very upscale, clean and comfortable. We were very glad we chose here to spend the night.

Awesome stay. Well kept and due to COVID, they were constantly cleaning. Rooms are nice, bed is very comfy. Highly recommended.
