We had such a fantastic experience here! I did some comparison shopping & Lansing Furniture was where we bought many items for our bedrooms & living room! A lot to choose from, wide range on prices / bundle items = nicely $$$ reduced, no sale pressuring. Questions were answered when WE were ready to ask, plus prompt delivery & assembled in very timely manner. The coutsey & respect those 2 guys gave me ( in my opinion) was at 10+ right along with their quality standards & work ethic was great too. Hoping everyone has same or similar experience as we did!

Sid is helped us find the perfect sectional, wasn’t pushy at all, didn’t bother us with calls until we could come back to find the right one. He’s the go to guy! The entire staff was excellent!

We just purchased a bed. Staff was great. Very knowledgeable about the different beds. Price was better than other places we went to. Delivery and setup was professional and prompt.

Buying my W.Silver Adjustable Bed from Elaine and the assistance from Chris was awesome. The delivery was also very fast. From the date of purchase to delivery by two guys who also had to takedown an older hospital bed and take it outside for me was 21 days!!! The guys took less then an hour from removal & setup of my new bed!
This was my first NEW BED in life and the speed of which and the extra touches put was the biggest part of my experience. Knowledge of my needs & comfort were all taken into consideration by the staff @ this store!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELAINE & CHRIS!!! My feeling is that five stars is NOT ENOUGH for them.
Also I got a Mattress from here roughly 3 months prior to the new bed and the knowledge that Elaine had about this was very helpful to my needs. Once again listening to details of the customer rather then high pressure sales. She is the BEST

We are so pleased with our experience at Lansing Furniture! We worked with Carol and she was an incredible sales person. She was attentive without ever seeming pushy or overbearing, she was very knowledgeable of all the products, she was so helpful—at one point she rearranged pieces on the showroom floor so I could see what the pieces looked like next to each other! She was incredibly patient as I spent a couple of hours (or more) trying out furniture and asking questions. Lansing Furniture has a huge selection of styles to fit everyone’s personal taste. We LOVE our new couch, chairs and ottoman—it is perfect in our house and the comfort level is way beyond any furniture we purchased in the past. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our experience at Lansing Furniture. They are a great store to work with—and Carol is a top-notch sales person!

Howie was great to work with, very patient with us while we made our decision and didn’t pressure us into buying. They have the best prices around and even delivered for free. We’ve been happy with all our purchases thus far and can’t wait to go back to buy furniture for the rest of our house there! Items purchased: couch, two accent chairs, queen size bed, and frame, fabric protector spray, mattress protector.

I have had great success purchasing furniture at Lansing Furniture, Lansing, IA 52151. I purchased a double recliner and I am very happy with it. Their staff are not only friendly they are very knowledgeable about the furniture they sell. I have had my double recliner for several years and it is so awesome. My husband bought a Jewelry Armoire for my birthday several years ago and it is beautiful. I have also bought accessories for my house from Lansing Furniture because they are different than what you see everywhere else not to mention the quality.

They had comparable pricing to other stores but did offer free delivery and were easy to work with. I would recommend this company.
