I asked another customer for 6 ft, and their partner called me a slur. The wonderful person behind the counter stood up for me, even when the customer started getting heated. These situations aren't fun, but thank you for making me feel valued and respected.

Absolutely amazing experience! Jordan was super helpful and really took care of us with two other workers as well! Left with huge smiles on our faces. can’t wait to go back in again.

Showed up a minute past close. Luckily Cassie (I think it was her name) opened to let me explain I had come from Minnesota to get a Switch for my son. It was all paid for and she got it for me. While she very well could have ignored me, as many have done before, she didn’t. Can’t thank her enough.

Great workers, great service. Only downside, they no longer have older Xbox and PlayStation games. And when you want a new console you have to order it to home in the store.

Soon as I walked in the door the guy behind the counter made sure that all my information was updated with my account. He was very knowledgeable great customer service!!

The only thing that I wish with this store is that u received more cash for ur games. Store credit is great, u get quite a bit more. However, sometimes a person needs cash.

We love to come here to review all the games and new items they have . Play the new Nintendo switch its pokemon and zelda . There out of control, dont k kwow what to see next, and then there was the xbox..o yeah lego star wars.
