Wonderful lunch. Food is fresh and delicious This is Basil beef with asparagus, zucchini and mushrooms with fried rice and an egg roll. Prices for lunch specials are very reasonable. Service is wonderful, people are very nice… highly recommend.

Best General Tso’s Chicken I have had in years. The quality of the chicken was exceptional. I ordered a lunch special and the meal was a great value and very large portion. Highly recommended

I can fully say this is the best general tso’s chicken I’ve ever had. The dumplings were clearly homemade and delectable. The pork fried rice was so flavorful with real Asian style pork bits. Wish we had places like this in Florida. Quality all the way through!

Ordered takeout and it was spectacular. Five spice prawns were absolutely delicious. Lightly fried and cooked to perfection. Vegetables were cooked but still crunchy. Basil chicken was really good. Chicken was super tender. We ordered at the counter and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The two hostesses at the counter could not have been nicer.

This is the best Chinese food I have had since leaving NYC area. Their fried rice is outstanding. The quality of their meat is also excellent. I think they use actual chicken breast meat in the General Tso instead of cheaper cuts.

They are far and above any other Chinese food restaurants in the area.

We love ordering take out from Jia Mei. It’s always ready in 15-20 minutes, piping hot, and delicious.

Been here several times now and I always seem to find new items to Delight my taste buds. There is currently no delivery but curbside pick up is available. When the weather permits there is an outside deck for dining alfresco. I love all of their dishes with rice noodles. Perfect solution if you can't decide on rice or noodles

Jai Mei is always delicious and always reliable. The food is fresh and fast. Kevin, the owner, is dedicated to the highest quality for his authentic dishes. He is either in the kitchen hands-on with the chefs or on the floor greetings his guests.

We took a chance on this restaurant since my dad's favorite one had closed because of Covid. It was worth the gamble. Excellent food and wonderful service, dad has a new favorite.

Just discovered Jia Mei today for lunch and our food was outstanding! Worth the extra drive for me bc it's so much better than any Chinese in my area

All the reviews of excellent food, cleanliness, wonderful staff, affordable prices are absolutely accurate.
Along with that they are very allergy sensitive, for example Gluten free, low salt, etc.
Kevin, the owner, is terrific and will guide you as to which dishes work for these allergies.
We love Chinese food, but have always had issues with various Asian restaurants not understanding our allergy concerns. Jai Mai does and addresses them carefully and there local for us.

The best asian fusion on the shoreline. Portions are large and price point is appropriate. Staff is fast, polite, and knowledgeable. Meals every time we dine in and takeout.

This is a great restaurant. They're very accommodating to food allergies (I have celiac disease) and the food is delicious. Best beef fried rice I've ever had! The interior is very modern and it's kept clean. I'll be back for sure.

We were thrilled when Jia Mei opened in Madison and have been going there regularly ever since. The food is consistently excellent and made with fresh ingredients. Not at all like the typical fare found at many asian restaurants (which can be heavy on salt and/or oil). The owner, Kevin, is very warm, hospitable and eager to share his interest in special dishes not on the regular menu. We often call ahead and ask what special, seasonal vegetables he might have that we can try and we are never disappointed. My particular favorite on the regular menu is chicken pan fried noodle. It is outstanding. We simply cannot recommend Jai Mei enough!

I don't leave very many reviews, however after eating here a few times I feel compelled to. This is, without a doubt, the best Asian cusine I have ever had. The food is so fresh and the staff is incredibly friendly. This is a must try! The general tsau chicken is one of my favorites.
