We purchased our brand new Toyota rav4 xle 2024 at Lynch Toyota at Manchester, CT. We met with JR from Lynch Toyota and he was helped us till the delivery. He was very prompt and update the status in time. He answered and clarified all our doubts before we decided to make a purchase.. the entire experience from selecting the model to finalizing the paperwork was seamless and enjoyable..

This dealership is the best in the state! I worked with Woody on ordering a 2023 Tacoma and he was beyond excellent! This was the first new car that I have bought and Woody was extremely helpful with the whole process! When I first met him he told me to call anytime and he really meant it! He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was included in the process and got exactly what I wanted! Their finance department was also fantastic! They ensured I got the best rate and helped me apply for all the credits I could get! Over all every staff member that I worked with there were great! The next time I’m getting a new truck I am definitely coming back!

By far the easiest and best dealership experience I’ve ever had. JR was an absolute blessing to work with. His complete transparency, honesty, and chill attitude made the entire process hassle free. We went in knowing the economy has changed drastically since we last purchased our vehicles but JR was able to help us achieve what was within our budget with no argument, pressure, or over-aggressiveness; he simply kept it real and straightforward. There was none of this “oh let me go check with the manager” back and forth game. We came to agreement on certain things and before we knew it, we were signing papers and driving off happy.

Other dealerships and the older generation of salesmen need to take a step back and look at reality; take some cues from JR and Lynch Toyota; there’s a reason they are number one in the state for sales. The old school mentality of playing hardball and the old back and forth mentality, needs to go. People hate car shopping because of that stigma. Adapt and move on from that culture and maybe you’d have better luck selling cars and be as successful as Lynch.

They’re full of young, open-minded, straight forward associates, who aren’t going to push you around and be straight forward and to the point with you. We couldn’t believe how easy and stress free it was working with them. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently bought a Toyota rav4 from here and I am beyond happy with my purchase and MAINLY because of the way they treat their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Chad Racelis and he was awesome! He was transparent from the beginning and he did a great job from when I stepped foot in the store to driving off with my new car. Chad is honest, straightforward and friendly. He did a great job guiding me through my first dealer car purchase and answered all my questions thoroughly. While I waited for Toyotas delivery to Lynch, I had gone to a local dealer where they were offering me a a slightly lower price but their sales tactics were devious and they were not professional, it did not sit right with me- they were bad vibes. I decided to go with Lynch Toyota, since Chad was direct and transparent from the START, I did not feel pressured and he did not gatekeep any information from me. Overall, I am extremely happy I decided to buy through Lynch as they make their customers feel comfortable!

Absolutely phenomenal service right to the point listen to your needs and not what they want to sell you George, Clayton and Mike Ross were some of the best sales reps i have ever come across. They got to the payment i was confortable with. Service staff on point going over the new tech and Android auto. Absolutely fantastic dealership. We had a great experience buying a new car in December. We had an MSRP quote form Toyota's website and they matched the price with an upgraded model that was available in inventory. There was also no pressure to take add-ons or finance. Overall our sales Associate, Nazmin Bhura, made this a great experience.

I bought my car from Lynch. Friendly sales people who don’t push or harass. The showroom is beautifully maintained and sparkles. The Service Department is excellent! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and do not try and push extra repairs. The Technicians do a magnificent job! I’m always happy and never sticker shocked. After an accident, I brought my car to Lynch auto body repair. The staff were wonderful and the car came back to me looking absolutely perfect! Lunch Toyota is an excellent dealership and I will definitely buy my next car from them.

Shopping for a new car should be exciting and enjoyable since it is one of the biggest purchases an individual will make in his lifetime. But this experience has been horrific and terrible until I met Chad Racelis. My car hunting experience took a pivotal turn because Chad is not like other salesmen who are outright pushy and arrogant. He took his time explaining my options which is a great deal as I work hard for my money. Once you take the car out of the dealership, you expect the value to plummet ridiculously that’s why an honest and expert advice becomes invaluable in making a decision.
