The service was fast and efficient.
Staff was very courteous.

David Langworthy is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met.
His boss asked him to do something twice and he just completely ignored. He spoke to me like I wasn’t entitled to anything when I was the person making the complaint. He told me to jump out of my 2nd floor window and injur myself if there was a fire, and saw nothing wrong with a main means of egress being closed off for 2 months.

The Health department is also extremely unprofessional and they do not do their job properly. This includes Trishanna Branford and Michael Pepe. I had to beg and demand an inspection to be conducted for a valid health concern. Michael raised his voice at me several times and refused to let me speak.

When I contacted the Town Manager for assistance, he had the assistant town manager, Scott Colby handle. He was kind at first and then just completely ignored me knowing his employees were not doing their job.
Move to the Town of Bloomfield instead. They actually care about tenants/residents. I had a similar situation in Bloomfield and the health and building inspector were amazing. They actually do their job.
