Plan b Burger Bar - Simsbury

We cannot recommend Plan B - Simsbury and Adrian Bernard enough. We utilized the downstairs room at Plan B for our wedding welcome dinner, which had ~40 people. The space was clean, cozy, and our guests had a great time. Adrian was professional, easy to work with, and ensured the entire night went smoothly. Make sure to check out Plan B for your next party!

Brendan was absolutely phenomenal!!!! It was around 5:15 pm when we arrived, and he quickly came to take our drink order. He showed us the new menu items and helped recommend options for us to try. My husband picked the new breakfast burger and LOVED IT. Brendan was so kind, warm, and welcoming to us. A perfection representation of why we chose to dine out! Thank you Brendan!!!! You’re incredible!!!

I was here with my friends and we sat at the bar, CarolAnn was great! She was tenative and helpful. She has an amazing personality and very easy to talk to. The deserts she made was great! Presentation was amazing! Would highly recommend her!

What a fun place to eat! Great food, nice atmosphere in a former train station and TVs tuned into sports.

This was my first time visiting, and came with my 6 year old son. We both enjoyed the experience. I started with the jalapeño poppers, which were tasty but not hot. The Shepards pie can steaming hot in a skillet. Also quite tasty but not as highly seasoned as some places, allowing the natural flavor of the beef to be accented (it us a hamburger place after all). The kids grilled cheese and tater tots were well received. The kid's sundae was delicious and a more generous portion than many places.

The restaurant was buzzing and packed throughout our entire stay. Still it wasn't loud and we were able to carry on a conversation.

The service was excellent as well.

We enjoyed our visit to Plan B and look forward to our next visit.

We rolled in with most of a youth hockey team and their parents and they not only accommodated us, but the food and service were exceptional! Ben was great with the kids. Thank you!!

My wife and I came in for dinner and had a great experience all thanks to our waiter Brendan. He was extremely warm and welcoming. He went over all the new menu items to make sure we knew what had changed. Every interaction with him was extremely positive. We will definately be going back and will request seating in Brendans section!

Food was amazing! I would share a photo a photo of the food, but we all cleared our plates. There were roughly 20 of us — hockey parents and kids — and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Chef Matt is amazing and server Ben was very attentive. Highly recommend this charming spot — the basement is great for large crowds. Five stars!

If you’re craving a good burger plan b is definitely the place to go. There is a wide variety which always peaks my interest because I am not one to want to eat the same thing all the time. My server Kristina was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed. Most importantly she was interested to know that we were happy with our meals. It was slightly busy when we went and I never felt as if I was being ignored or that it took too long for her to come to the table which is always a win in my book!

These are probably the best burgers I have tasted. The fries are fantastic and made in house. Great Spot to chill, with great food, and a nice selection of drinks.

Very accommodating waiter , fun atmosphere, delicious food. There was a small mix up with our order which was immediately fixed and then the cook sent out a wonderful dessert - on the house - to apologize for the mix up . Not necessary but greatly appreciated - we will definitely go back 😁

Absolutely mind blowing food, not one to leave reviews BUT if you order the salmon bowl take out the pickled onions unless you know what you’re getting into. Whole dish was 11/10 perfect except the pickled red onions.

Service was welcoming, we went walk in and almost no wait to get reservations. Food was yum and warm. Price is worthy enough because of environmental warmth and service

Went for first lunch at a new job courtesy of my boss and co-workers. Food came out quickly and was tasty. Server was polite and attentive, room was not very full at the time.

I drove out to this area from Rhode Island to buy a car. I stopped by here with my wife to grab lunch. The food was phenomenal. Hidden gem! We highly recommend this place and we will be back!
