I could not have had a more pleasant, fun, knowledgeable sales associate. She guided me to the sneakers best for my medical conditions. My choice was shipped to my home, free, in 2 days! How wonderful to find a shop with real customer service. I will be back for more!

Wow, I feel seen! I was struggling buying shoes online without any knowledge of what I needed. The data they show you at the store is amazing and really helped understand what size would be best for me. Katie helped me try on multiple brands and sizes, providing insight on why each might work for me. Awesome experience and information, definitely a new favorite store for sneakers!

Couldn’t believe how detailed and attentive the process was. Zach helped me pick out the perfect running shoe. They analyze your stride by having you walk on some cool machine thingy and then they email the report to you. He brought out like 6 pairs of shoes and didn’t even roll his eyes when I was being super picky. Also fitted me for insoles. I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything and overall it was a very fun shopping experience (and I hate shopping!).

I have been going to Fleet Feet for many years but had not been there in a little while until I went yesterday to get two new sets of custom fit insoles and sneakers. I am on my feet all day and need comfortable shoes for that purpose, but also appropriate running shoes for exercise. The staff there were incredibly kind and knowledgeable and completed a thorough evaluation, spending the necessary time with me to allow me to make the right decisions. I absolutely recommend them and will continue to go back in the future.

What a great store! Fernanda helped me with several foot scans and found my ankles were rolling inward because of my arch. I tried on shoes and was able to run on the treadmill which was helpful to see how comfortable they are! Fernanda was super helpful with selecting shoes, socks, and insoles! I highly recommend the custom insoles fit to your feet! Will be shopping here from now on! Going to run a half marathon this year!

It was a great experience of buying shoes. We went there for my husband as he has flat feet and as well since he runs everyday he wanted a good pair of running shoes. He has tried brands like Nikes - vaporfly and alpha fly and adidas but he wasn’t happy with those shoes. We were not sure what to expect though we had read good reviews about the place which took us there. To our please t surprise we were greeted by a young man who was not only patient with us and listened to us and understood our problem, he was knowledgeable in shoes as well. He showed us couple of options and with each he pointed out the pros and cons. His suggestion and advice was helpful to buy a shoe which was plush and had good support to avoid pronation… I would highly recommend the young man Robert who helped us. Thank you

Loved my experience here! Big thanks to Natalie for helping me find the right pair of running shoes. She gave me tons of details about my feet/how I move and had some thoughtful recommendations for me. It was a also a super busy day in here, the staff was doing an incredible job getting to everyone as fast as possible without rushing people or losing any quality in the time they spent helping with the shoe fitting.

Purchased 2 pair of sneakers today. Worked with Fernanda in West Hartford. Great experience, measured up on computer, was suggested 4 pair for running based on measurements. Purchased a pair of Hoka for running and a pair of Saucony for the gym.
West Hartford is a great location, the store is always busy and they are properly staffed. This is my second time to the store and my third pair of sneakers. They were recommended by my gym instructor.

I love going to Fleet Feet! When I first walked through the doors, I was greeted, asked what I needed help with and was promptly helped by a customer service representative. Jayne was extremely knowledgable, very friendly, a good listener and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability. She is definitely passionate about her job and wants the best outcome for you! I would highly recommended her.
If you are going to buy shoes at Fleet Feet regularly, I would open an account. It can be busy on weekends so go with a good chunk of time to shop/talk about your feet and get fitted for shoes. Also-bring the socks that you would wear in your sneakers.

Went in today to get some new running shoes. I wish I got the woman's name that helped me because she was awesome. I left with the most comfortable pair of New Balances today. Really looking forward to a nice long walk now. They have a wide selection of running shoes, listened to my specific needs, and measured my feet with various instruments to get me the best fit. All 3 pairs of shoes suggested were better than anything else I bought in the past. I highly recommend this place for running shoes.

Natalie at Fleet Feet was great. She greeted us at the door right away even though it was busy. We needed track spikes and she knew just what to get. My son was sized properly, and she recommended a brand specific to his foot. This customer service is 10 times better than what you will receive at big box stores.

Great experience. Mark was knowledgeable about my feet measurements. I was wearing sneakers that were too small. Bought some NB that put some spring into my steps, just came back from a run and an Amazing difference. These new NB sneakers put my running and walking with much more ease on my joints. Highly recommend!!

What a great experience. I’m a new runner and I have very limited knowledge when it comes to picking the right sneakers. Stephanie took me through the whole process of scanning my feet and watching me run on the treadmill to see which shoe would be the best fit for me. The experience was incredible and from someone who is pretty indecisive like myself, they made the decision making process super easy. Not to mention, the whole staff was super nice and welcoming. The best shoe experience I have ever had. Not only did I learn I’ve been wearing shoes too small for feet, but also that I don’t have wide feet. Talk about mind blowing. Tommy did an awesome job listening to my issues and helping me choose the right shoe and insole. There was no break in time - it’s true what they say, shoes that fit properly do not require “breaking in”. I will definitely be back for my next pair!

Found out about this really cool store from my friend who is a marathoner. We have been coming here for many years and have shared their awesomeness with many friends too and they have stayed loyal to this store too! You don’t have to buy good shoes only for running 🤷‍♀. Walking, hiking, shopping… just make your feet happy!

Tip: DO go with their recommendation, once I went after the cuter look over their suggestion and had to return that pair because it suffocated my feet.

Pair running shoes here for my son great attention to detail took the time to make sure they fit him properly for his first year of track. I have gotten shoes myself here in the past but it was nice to see that they treated a teen the same as they would myself.
