Great experience from start to finish. We bought a new Samsung fridge. Salute to the owner, sales staff and a great team of guys to deliver/install our fridge. All at a fair price from a local business.

Great experience working with Holloways. Professional, great product knowledge and options, easy sales process and efficient installation connection. We purchased our washer and dryer through Holloways when we first purchased our house and returned this year for dishwasher - grateful to have had two easy & smooth experiences; especially with such important home appliances. We recently worked with Winsome - knowledgeable, kind, helpful and easy to work with.

First time customer.... but won't hesitate to shop here again. Came on our designer's recommendation and soooooo glad we did!!! Fantastic selection of appliances for all price ranges. Very knowledgeable staff. Bob Holloway helped guide us and identified some significant rebates. Great pricing and loved that we could support a family owned business!

Great experience! Dave went above & beyond to honor the sale price on a unit even after the sale expired. Really helped me out and that never would happen at a big box store where employees and managers just work there. Appreciate the service!

Second review: just bought a dishwasher from Holloways and they had a competitive price and the guy they use to install dishwashers (AMA Appliance) was so great, professional and friendly! He did a great job on the installation. Very happy with my experience.

First review: I was happy with the purchase of my washer sales person very nice, easy process and so far washer works well. I was not happy with the delivery, they made little holes in my walls when delivering and when I contacted Holloway's I was told to find my own repair person and send an estimate, almost impossible to get a painter to come for such a small job to even do the work let alone come to do an estimate, I am still searching. Pretty annoyed that they damaged my walls
and now I have to spend time trying to find someone to fix their damage.

Wow! I had a great experience here as a first-time home owner buying my first big appliance--a washer and dryer. First off, they price match. I didn't even have to say anything. The sales guy told me the list price and then told me this model was on sale elsewhere, so that sale was my price. Later that day I double-checked, and I was indeed charged the lowest price I saw on Google. Second off, they delivered for free at my house, about a 30-minute drive away. And the final and best part--they installed the washer and dryer! I wasn't expecting that and was thrilled. I also found the sales guys very knowledgable and not at all pushy. I really can't think of anything else I'd want in an appliance store. I don't know their secret to matching the big box stores on price and besting them on service, but they do just that. I'll be coming back for all my future purchases.

I just bought a dishwasher and another great transaction with these folks. No pressure, great prices.

Update:
I went back to these folks when I needed a dryer. They beat/match the big stores in price. The installation company they use is great. He showed up when he said, got the dryer hooked up, left 0 mess.

I went back for a fridge and had the same experience as the prior purchases. I highly recommend Holloways.

Had to wait a while to get waited on, but sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We ordered a dishwasher which hopefully will come in within a week.
We have dealt with Holloways several times in the past and have always been pleased with them.
Good service, easy to deal with, and good prices.

I'm writing a review before even receiving my fridge because of the really exceptional service offered by Holloways. These days it's almost impossible to get a human being to talk with, but when i called Holloways, i spoke with someone who took quite a bit of time to provide specs and research measurements and options and did not mind that it took several phone calls. This company is truly exceptional, and if you need an appliance that comes with expertise; recommendations and really knowledgeable installation people, who stand behind their products, Holloways is one of a kind.

I knew what fridge I wanted and was about to order it somewhere else when they told me the delivery charge was $99. I decided to call Holloway’s because thats where my cousin got the same fridge. I called and talked to Travis he quoted me a cheaper price had it available and would deliver for free. I saved over $300 on the Bosch fridge I ordered by buying it at Holloway’s. But not only did I save money I gained great service. The other company wouldn’t touch my copper water line. Holloway’s deliver guys were great measured everything before bringing fridge in. Unfortunately they couldn’t hook up our water line. The line is a little different but they really gave it a solid effort at 5:00 on a Friday. The next day once we got waterline set and fridge pushed in I noticed the doors were slightly uneven. I called on Wednesday due to my schedule and they sent someone out here the very next day to fix it. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Came here to get new appliances since Lowes failed me on delivery and overall service. Showroom salesman was great, very friendly. Got setup with the same installer for my microwave and dishwasher, both great experiences, and very reasonably priced. Delivery of the fridge and stove were also handled with care by their own delivery guys. Spent the time setting up everything correctly and even made note of the tinniest dent that I would have never noticed, saved me a little money.

It's experiences like these that drive me out of the big box stores for larger purchases. Holloways promises and delivers on fantastic service.

I’m so thankful I went through Holloways and not a major chain like Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc. I worked with Chad and he was exceptional. I needed a lot of help and am not especially wise about washer/dryers, and they were super patient and helpful. Chad did research on my behalf and when the original units I purchased did not fit into the space in my home, he made an exchange with no questions asked. I had a positive experience with delivery and installation as well. They are responsive, honest, excellent on price, and I would never buy from another place after my experience here. Thank you!

I just bought a new Whirlpool washer and dryer at Holloways. They have been my "go-to" store for all of my appliance needs for years. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are terrific, and they are accommodating with delivery scheduling. When my washer arrived with a small scratch, the delivery team immediately called the service manager, who got back to me within the hour to resolve the issue with another discount on my purchase. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Excellent customer service. Excellent products! Chucks assistance in my decisions on my household appliances was unbiased. He showed me what I wanted to see, answered my questions and was respectful of my budget. The delivery guys were courteous respectful of my home. A.M.A installed my dishwasher with expertise. I went in less than a week before Christmas with an active 3 year old as my consultant. Paul was amazing! Not only did he find me the oven with all the special features I wanted, in stock, but was able to arrange for delivery and installation before Christmas. Pricing was competitive and the service exemplary. This is my second appliance purchase from Holloways and will be my choice in the future.

I bought a dish washer for my daughter. The installer they use was very helpful. The first dish washer didn’t fit, as the house is very old and it turned out we needed a very short
one. The installer returned it and I got the one we needed. The installer delivered the dish washer exactly when I wanted it. He did a great job. Washer works excellent. I had no problems with Holloway appliance. They got my appliance quickly and installed on time. The price was fair. No complaints here.

Way better than the big box stores and equal or better prices. This is an honest place with very helpful staff to help with appliance selection. No pressure other than to help you find the right product when you're ready to purchase it. My family has been using Holloways for decades and always returns for the next purchase! We've had excellent installation experience as well every time!

We bought a washing machine at Holloways a week into the state wide shutdown. I was a little nervous about having someone come into the house but my fears were quelled when the truck pulled in and the delivery men came in wearing a face mask and gloves. They completed the installation in less than 45 minutes. Very efficient and pleasant. I’m thrilled with my long overdue new washing machine. I would highly recommend Holloways for your appliance needs.

I shopped at 4 other appliance stores before visiting Holloways. I was blown away with the difference in experience. Chad immediately greeted me warmly and without intimidation, and walked me through my options patiently. He was excellent. While waiting for pricing info, other staff members checked in with me and even offered me food and beverage. All pricing and delivery arrangements surpassed expectations. Every instance I've had to call them with a question or a change, they have been prompt and courteous and completely accommodating. I won't ever shop anywhere but Holloways for appliances in the future.

I recently called Holloways to purchase a microwave that needed to replace one in a home that we are selling. I spoke with Paul. He looked up the old model and told me which one that I would need. He explained that the cost of installing was a separate charge and how much it would be. He had a great sense of humor and was actually very funny for a late Friday afternoon! He told me that the installer would be calling me the following week to schedule the install which happened today. The entire transaction went flawlessly and the price was as low as any competitor. I have purchased all of our appliances through Holloways and would not go anywhere else. Thank you Paul! Great experience~
