We were truly blown away by what Bob and the team at Lane and Lenge did for our wedding flowers!! Between the massive flower arch they created for our ceremony, the high and low table arrangements, the gorgeous bouquets, and all of the little details - it was just the most beautiful wedding ever and I couldn't believe how well Lane and Lenge executed our specific vision. Bob really listens and is so delightful to work with. We were looking for something a little less traditional and Bob couldn't have done a better job pulling it off!!! We were so glad we chose Lane and Lenge florists at the Delamar West Hartford for our wedding!!!!

We want to take the time to personally thank Ed and Bob for making such beautiful arrangements in such a short amount of time. My wife and I picked a wedding date that only gave us two months to put everything together. We overlooked the floral arrangements and left as one of the last items to check off. When we finally got to it we were turned down by a lot of florist. When I finally got in touch with Ed it seemed by the initial conversation everything was going to be ok. He was very calming and walked me through the whole process. What was typical and what was a must. I even gave him a budget and he was able to work with me on it. The table arrangements, the boutiques, the corsage, and all the boutonnières were spot on and matched both our personalities. Bob Dinucci and his team are AMAZING!!! I don’t even have the words to describe how beautiful the flowers were at our daughter’s wedding!! I had met with Bob a few times in person..and had many emails back and forth with him ..trying to describe what we had in mind ..but even my daughter and I weren’t exactly sure what flowers we wanted ..and Bob took everything we had said and the pictures we had sent him..and went way way beyond what we had even imagined!!!! We had him do our rehearsal dinner flowers too..so when we walked into that and saw what beautiful arrangements he had done ..I knew we were in good hands..but when we walked into the wedding venue the next day..I literally burst into tears..the flowers he had chosen ..and the arrangements he and his team had created were ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!! Everyone at the wedding was commenting about the flowers and asking who had done them!!! Grown men came up to me and were saying ..I have never noticed the flowers at a wedding until today!! Seriously!! I cannot recommend Lane & Lenge highly enough!!! They go above and beyond!!! If you want to have the most gorgeous flowers ever at your wedding ..book them now!! Thank you Bob!!!!💜💜💜

Bob was simply amazing and helped make my vision for my wedding perfect. I know that I was all over the place with my ideas at first and he was patient and just worked with everything I through at him, and any last minute changes I made. He was so kind to me and my family through the whole process of having to move my date due to covid and provided us with the most beautiful arrangements.

My company has used Lane & Lenge for multiple events now, each with an totally different theme & size, as well as for personal deliveries - and they absolutely hit it out of the park each time. Their arrangements are stunning, and the owner Bob is always such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Exquisite does not begin to describe the incredible creations of Lane and Lenge! They designed the most amazing arrangements for my wedding, and more recently my daughters bat mitzvah. From centerpieces to alter arrangements to gorgeous flowers for the cocktail hour, placecard table, etc., everything they have done was beyond my greatest expectations. What a difference flowers make for a party - a nice, personalized touch of panache for a special celebration!

A family florist called them from Kansas and they delivered the most exquisite arrangement I have ever received. My family was thrilled to know they were spectacular!

Flowers not fresh

Had used them for many years to send a very special arrangement to my brother and his family at Christmas. I ordered over a week ago and they sent a low end table center piece. I had a detailed conversation with the person that answered the phone and was assured it would be nice as it has been for years. It was not anywhere near what was requested the family is happy ( or as you may know, say they are ) but it’s very disappointing I will find another florist as I live in Florida and I send each year

I would give this zero stars if I could. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address (and weren't even left with a person). The home owner called me late in the day, I had to pick them up. Two of the roses were broken, the rest looked to be about a week old - and many of the leaves were brown. After several calls and having to have to follow up, they re-delivered a new arrangement. Although much improved from the first "disaster" they were nothing special at all. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Not the best bouquet of flowers I've received from a florist, actually probably the worst arrangement of flowers I've ever received. Only one side of the bouquet had flowers on it, the other side was just a bunch of greenery. Flowers also appear to have been sitting out of water for a while as they are already dying and I've only had it a few hours. Not pleased considering the price of it. I expected more from West Hartford.
