The sales rep Noah was so courteous, professional, well-mannered, and very honest. He educated and assisted us in making the decisions that are in our best interest. Above all he was never pushy but instead allowed us time to ask questions and clarify every area that can prompt doubt. Chris is another financial guy that I could trust 100%. He mixed humor while at the same time being blunt on facts and numbers. He helped me get the best rate in the market place and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend and entrust any of my love one in the hands of those two guys, facts.

I've been taking my 2017 Buick LaCrosse there since I bought it recertified in 2019. They are very courteous and even know your name when you walk in the door.
The service department is very knowledgeable and only give suggestions on what should be done. I've never felt "high pressured" or that they are trying to sell me services I don't need.
I never dread going there as I have at other dealerships.

Great support and counseling on the new technologies in the car. Made more comfortable to transition to it. Noah was very patient and accessible throughout.
