We have had an office in the Windsor address for a few years and found the staff excellent to work. This is a very dependable office address.

Great friendly staff! Very professional,beautiful office,conveniently located just by the exit and reasonable rents.Very good experience overall.

I'm editing this post to reflect a better rating, as an issue I've been battling with Regus since January has been resolved. My company has used the conference rooms here with great success, until we had to reschedule an event. Now that everything has been cleared, we'll continue to use Regus because their conference rooms and lunch service fit our needs.

I have not had a chance to use my office space for clients due to Covid. I have been there since September and only went to get my key it is now January. I have reached out and explained the situation. They will not let me take a hiatus and add the months to my end contract or get rid of my contract at all. Also, when I went I wanted the cheapest office space as I only need two chairs It was $400. I saw it going for $280 When I reached out they said they couldn't downgrade me even though I asked for the cheapest space. Do not do business with them if any of these may be your concerns. Many Blessings to you and Happy New Year! never resolved anything but "willing to help" LOL

STILL NO HELP!! INSTEAD THEY WANT TO SUE ME AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP WITH THIS SINCE NOVEMBER AND NO MAKING A TICKET THROUGH MY ONINE ACCOUNT DOES NOT WORK!!!

Most unsavory experience I have ever had with renting from any company ever! Ken and Debrah should be ashamed of themselves. First they started to charge me for an office space that I have yet (To This Day) received a key for. I terminated my lease before I moved in and I'M STILL BEING BILLED for an office I have never used or moved into.

I thought I was going to save money by renting with them instead of leasing out a building. WHAT A MISTAKE! Unprofessional, Dishonest, and deceitful is an accurate sum up Regus.
