Good place, great service. 3 dressers. Good choose of women's scrubs and not so many for men. Only place that open at 8:30. I can recommend it.

Had an issue previously with DME due to my insurance and the walk- in that i went to. Spoke to one of the owners who was very understanding and helpful and clearly wants the best for his customers.

Do not accept medical devices from hospitals that deal with DME Living Well because you will be charged way more than the retail price and your insurance probably won't cover it. They even invoice you more than the price listed on their own web page.

Postscript.

Just received a call from a DME Living Well representative who offered a full refund on the crutches I received and didn't use (I declined). He said they would look into improving the process when an Emergency Room supplies medical devices, explaining whether it's covered by your insurance and how much you will be billed.

The worse costumer service!!! I have used them in the past and called back to have them with a new script for compression stocking. They had me fax a script, after leaving messages for over 2 weeks was finally able to speak with someone who informed me they no longer carried the product and probably threw out the prescription. So now 3 weeks later I have to start over.
Zero communication!

My husband was discharged from the hospital following a knee replacement in 11/2018 with a walker from this company. One year later we received a bill from DME living well marked "Past Due". I called and spoke with Coralee who informed me they were just getting caught up on billing because of a change in computer system. I discovered they never sent the invoice to our insurance company. I was assured they would do so. In December 2019 we received a collection notice for the same amount because DME Living Well had turned this over to a collection agency AND HAD NOT SENT IT TO OUR INSURANCE as they should have. I again spoke with Coralee and Ikesha and was told they would call the insurance company and admit it is their company's fault for the delay in submitting the invoice and get the walker paid through our insurance. Today, 10/9/2020 I received ANOTHER COLLECTION NOTICE for this same item. This company may be good for purchasing in store but are definitely not reliable with handling any billing situations. I called the collection agency and gave the background on this because I have all the ppw and documentation of phone calls and was assured it would be turned back to the vendor.

I was prescribed a boot by a podiatrist for a partially torn Achilles. I have been billed by DME Living Well, or rather they have billed my insurance company, using an incorrect code. I have made 9 phone calls regarding the issue in an attempt to get the correct code used. Remarkably, the people at DME Living Well are asking ME for the correct code; you know, the patient, the one who is NOT in the medical insurance or durable medical equipment business. Unfortunately for all Americans, absurdetees such as this will not be fixed because Congress has no idea how much we suffer at the hands of the medical insurance companies and unfortunately, even the providers now because they suffer from the ignorant, uncaring business of medical insurance. Congresspersons have lifetime medical coverage for their families and they do not experience the same abuse as the average American. Companies like DME Living leave patients with no recourse and indeed create the danger of having credit harmed due to their incompetence. DME Living Well doesn’t help patients because they don’t live up to their name. Check their website, there is not complaint department. Moeen Sharaf, you might want to reassess your company’s practices; they are appalling!

Overcharge for there stuff. I saw the same sling for sale and new on ebay for $15 and they charged me $127. Not very friendly people either. Ask if DME living well supplies an urgent care who gives you stuff. If so, don't take the stuff unless you want to be ripped off.
