I went to Mattress Firm in Newington. I was greeted by Kyle, associate. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He helped me pick out the right mattress for my elderly grandmother. He was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my transaction.

After a less than ideal experience at another store, we walked into Mattress Firm, found exactly what we wanted for a price that we liked and we're currently waiting for a delivery now.
Nice showroom, very friendly and knowledgeable salespeople and a no pressure approach to their business.
There's a lot of competition in the area, and this store was the absolute best one we visited. Very happy with the experience, and we'll be back for our next mattress when the time comes.

Great experience, enjoyed working with Brittany! We had dreaded going through the process of looking for a new mattress, the last store we visited we felt like we were being taken for a ride. Brittany and her colleague were helpful, efficient and informative. They also made us laugh and provided a positive upbeat experience. The transaction was smooth and our new mattress was delivered quickly the next day. We were informed throughout the whole experience.

Many mattresses to choose from. Karen, the sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was never rushed. She spent a great deal of time with me while I tried several in store mattresses until I found one that I felt comfortable with. The mattress that I chose arrives next week, I am hopeful that it works well for me.

On a cold freezing drizzle night Peter spent the better part of a hour and a half with my wife and I trying nearly every mattress in the store until we finally decided which one to buy. My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Peter at Mattress Firm on the Berlin turnpike. We walked in and Peter immediately greeted us and took the time to understand what we were both looking for in a mattress. He was knowledgeable and explained our options to us. He was super patient with us as we kept trying different mattresses and it took us awhile to decide on the right one. Awesome customer service from Peter, I highly recommend going to visit him if you’re in need of a mattress.
