This store is elegant, spacious, and has a really nice feel and energy. I felt fancy and welcomed walking in here. The two associates Carlos and Camilla where both extremely friendly, kind, and understanding of our needs and wants. It was such a great surprise and fun shopping experience I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great quality mattress. Would do more than 5 stars if I could!

This store was so nice! Carlos and Camelia were awesome! So pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and not high pressuring at all! I worked with them both in the store and then later over the phone to make my purchase. They were great!! Made everything clear and easy! I definitely recommend this store and working with either of them!

Went in to look for bedding for ourselves and our daughter, Camelia helped us find the right bed for our needs, although we are not ready yet to buy till the end of the year we know exactly what the bed is for us that we would putchase. She explained in detail the difference in the beds. We also plan on purchasing for our daughter within the month as soon as she finds the one that fits her.

We had a great experience at the temperpedic store in South Windsor. We’ve had our bed for over 20 years and I can’t think of buying anything but temperpedic. See Camelia she was amazing and knows everything about the options and technologies. Great store.

When entering Tempur-Pedic we felt very welcomed and had wonderful help from Carlos. He made sure we were finding everything we needed and helped us find the perfect fit type pillow.

Went shopping to look for a new bed, but only to look. Visited Tempur-Pedic Store first. Spoke with Carlos. He was great - able to answer all questions, without putting any pressure on us to but right away. When we got back into our car to start to head off for our next destination, we said to each other, “Let’s go home. We’re not going to find anything better.” We called and told him we’d be in the next day to sign up.

This is a great store and so much better than other mattress stores because there is no pressure, just good honest people giving you information and helping you find what works best for you. We were helped by Barrett, who was excellent in every regard. He was extremely well informed and helped us understand the differences between the products we were looking at, patiently answered a ton of questions, and helped us find exactly what we needed. Highly recommended and ask for Barrett if you go!

I needed a new bed. Had the best Sleep # bed but after all the years I never got past the feeling of an air mattress. Had tempurpedic years ago so I thought I'd see how far they've come. My sales person, Barett was extremely helpful. He went through all the features the bed has, cooling air blowing when u want, it's even Bluetooth. Yup, the bed actually has the sound coming out of it. Even rumbles a tiny bit if something your watching or listening to had a deeper base or thunder......
I'd highly, I don't ever stick my neck out but ...highly recommend taking a ride to the "South Windsor" (actually Manchester) store and checking it out.

Bought my first tempurpedic here about 5 years back. Loved it and wanted to upgrade. Had a great experience with Barrett! Came in with a general idea of what I and the fiancé wanted and he was super helpful in guiding us through the process. We ended up with two mattresses and adjustable bed boxes. So worth getting. Also amazing financing options there. An amazing bed is worth it!
