Once a year, it seems like I get unlucky and always get some nail or sharp object in my tire, causing me to lose air and flatten the tire. Luckily, these guys are here to patch it at an affordable price.

Everyone here I spoke with/ dealt with was so nice and helpful. Even though they had to deliver a bad diagnosis of a blown timing belt that killed the engine, everyone was kind and sensitive about it. Everyone was nice enough to give their advice on how to move forward. The tow driver was patient with my instructions on where to park it when they dropped it off at home. The service agent was so kind about delivering the bad news and was apologetic about having to give it and lady who answered the phone answered all my questions with care. I will absolutely be back with my next vehicle. It was nice to be treated like a human by mechanics for a change and not just $$ signs. They could have given bad advice about fixing my car but instead were very honest. I've been to a few shops over the years and this experience was the complete opposite. They didn't take advantage of the fact I'm a woman, they just gave me the honest truth about my vehicle even if it means they lose out on $$ with labor fixing a vehicle that has met the end of its life. 10/10 recommend.

Juan arrived quickly and towed my vehicle with no issues. That was the best tow service I ever had. I will use this company again in the future because of Juan and his professionalism and knowledge.

My insurance company's roadside assistance linked me with Checkered Flag for a tow to my dealer when my car broke down. When Ray arrived, he looked at my car first to see what the problem was and determined that I only needed a new battery. He jumped the car and gave me instructions on how to handle the vehicle until a new battery was installed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and saved me from an expensive trip to the dealer. Nate and the crew here are the best. Of you need repair work, tires or even a new car these are the guys to talk to. My wife and I just recently purchased a vehicle from them, the process was quick and easy!

This place has always been phenomenal. I contacted Nick after briefly considering another local shop for a second, and I was swift to be reminded on why this place is beyond the others. They worked with me on the uniqueness of my situation, looked for a tire that was discontinued, and very overall very accommodating get my vehicle in timely. When we encountered an issue with one of the wheels and tire, no fault of the shops but rather totally mine, they were very accommodating to help resolve the issue and get my truck back on the road timely. Their pricing was very fair and in all fairness they really went above and beyond for what my situation entailed. Looking forward to returning for an alignment.

Visit #1 Couldn't perform the work asked but they were upfront and honest about it. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable

Visit #2 was great. Quick service and was able to salvage my tire. The only issue was they over inflated my tire by 15 psi so I had to drain it a little. Will continue to come here

These folks give new meaning to exceptional customer service at a tire center! Everyone smiles, are friendly and accommodating. I brought in a small tractor tire for repair. Before I knew it, the job was done and I was on my way. Fair price. I would definitely use again and I am already spreading the word. These folks are GREAT! They deserve all the business they get. I had a memorable experience.

My clutch went on my car and I. Didn't have enough money right away since I was in a bind after the passing of my father so nate was nice enough to let me leave my car there till i got the money they're good people

Needed a tow, called Verizon's Roadside Assistance. Was told it would be over a 2 hour wait. But Shawn from Checkered Flag arrived a good 45 minutes earlier than expected, which was very much appreciated. Shawn was friendly and professional throughout our interaction. Excellent service!

I was in an accident and they towed my car to the shop, my insurance never reached out to me about handling it in the car sat for almost 2 weeks luckily, the one in charge of towing (Nate) took the extra effort to reach out to me, and my insurance company to make sure that the bill would not run up any higher than it was and after all of the issues contacting my insurance provider, he was truly a god send! And upon having the vehicle towed home I did not realize I needed to show a receipt of payment luckily one of of there workers (Sean) came after hours to print me a receipt and get everything taken care. Everyone I dealt with throughout the company was amazing and there hospitality was absolutely unmatched!!! So thank my car got towed here instead of anywhere else!

This crew is great!! HONEST, knowledgeable, efficient and so helpful. I have moved out of area and drive over an hour to bring my vehicles when need be. You can rest assured the Checkered Flag team will treat you right!
