We just got new washer and dryer but the old washer supply line was rusted on to the isolation valve and would not come off. Dan did a great job replacing our washer isolation valves and got us back up and running within no time. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Jen was great with scheduling and as a woman, I appreciated getting a text with my plumber’s name and photo prior to arrival! Keith was prompt, polite, and professional. He had to cut out my old faucet and the replacement looks amazing! 10/10! Cannot recommend enough 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Farmington Valley Plumbing was great. Very responsive and professional! I was notified the night before to confirm the Appt, then the morning of with a picture and description of the tech when he was on his way.
Nolan upon arriving was well informed and prepared to do his job. He was very knowledgeable and respectful to my customer and her home.
Later that day after hours I had reached out to Jen with an repair that I needed done. Without hesitation both Owners Brian and Eric Responded and took care of it.

Service was great. Keith was polite, friendly, well skilled and not a pushy plumber. It was determined I needed to replace my faucet vs just one part, which once explained to me, made perfect sense. He also found the shut off valve was frozen and I could either have him turn the water off to the house while he did the work or he could replace that as well. I told him to replace it while he was here vs me selecting to 'do it halfway'. I felt the total cost for the work done was fair.

The plumbers from Farmington Valley Plumbing have always been incredibly nice, on time, and have done a wonderful job. We've had toilets installed, kitchen faucet replaced, an outdoor spigot replaced, and several leaks fixed. They've gone above and beyond even straightening a handle on a bathroom sink while they were here. Highly recommend.

Nolan was polite professional and did a fantastic job. He He even though it was late in the day. Was thorough and explained what he fixed. He even changed the batteries in my thermostat. prices and service were unbeatable.

I recently had a sewer scope inspection done, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They explained the process clearly, and provided valuable insights into the condition of my sewer line. Their high-tech equipment and detailed report gave me peace of mind.

Dan and Tim were very professional and respectful, did a super job! My old water heater was a dinosaur, 50 yrs old 120 gallon. These guys really did an amazing job getting it out of the cellar, not an easy task. They also made sure they cleaned up after they were finished in stalling the new one. Very happy with a job very well done!

Zach was great, he came out to help with a number of issues we were having with our bathroom tub and toilet. He was friendly, great with our pets and efficient. I placed the call for a plumber and they sent someone the next morning. Definitely recommend this company.

Farmington Valley Plumbing exceeded all expectations. Derek was very professional and did a great job. We had a leak in our water heater, and it was replaced the next day. Absolutely love they text you with a picture of the person who is coming to your home. We would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with Farmington Valley Plumbing. They sent the technician Keith Flanagan out and he was excellent. I had to repair a sump pump and a couple minor things, and he was on time, efficient, and friendly! I would definitely seek them again for any of my plumbing issues!

Today was my 1st experience with Farmington Valley Plumbing and it was exceptional!!

I called FVP at 7:45 am and they picked up! I explained the issue I was having and Kieth was at my door at 9:00 am. Kieth was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem in minutes. He explained to me what the issue was and it was fixed within the hour.

The cost was reasonable compared to other plumbers in the area and Kieth went above and beyond to deliver a high quality outcome.

Needed a sump pump replaced and Farmington Valley Plumbing came out within a couple of hours and replaced it quickly. The guys that came out were friendly and professional and gave me additional options to consider for future changes. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing service!

Zack and Eric replaced a basement bathroom ejection pump. They were efficient, competent, friendly and curtious. They explained what they were doing and did it well. They cleaned up very well when they were done. Deb in the office was friendly and very responsive. She arranged to get a quote from Brian, the owner, within minutes. She scheduled the service for that afternoon.The fee was fair and they stuck to it. I highly recommend Farmington Valley Plumbing.

Had a leak from the upstairs bathroom tub to the kitchen ceiling, so it was an emergency situation. Called early Friday morning and spoke to Deb who was very nice & Keith was there within a few hours and fixed my problem. Really nice guy and plumber. Explained what the issue was and what he was going to do. I would definitely call on Farmington Valley Plumbing again in the future for all my plumbing needs. I'll definitely refer them too my neighbors and friends.

Excellent experience utilizing Farmington Valley Plumbing for a residential job adding a water line in finished area of the home. They were quick to respond and help with the job, service was professional, efficient, and high quality work. Highly recommend them and will use them again for future work.

I recently used this company to replace a 100 year old cast iron drainage line with pvc in my rental property. Brian was responsive and answered all of my questions so that I could make an informed decision. They did a great job and treated me fairly. Walls were closed up afterwards and will look as good as new once I repaint.
