I can't say enough good things about Sam! She was extremely helpful. I was overwhelmed with the selection and she was very patient in helping me choose what worked for me. It was an overall great experience because of her. We will definitely be back to work with her again !!!!!

Dealing with a kitchen renovation project is no easy task. When you have a vision in mind, or when your wife has a vision in mind :-), you have to go to all lengths to find what you’re looking for. Thankfully we came across ProSource in Hartford to make that dream a reality. No one had what we’re looking for. ProSource did. 🙌🏽 Finally, someone had a 3x12 white subway tile, natural tile look, matte finish. Perfect.

Jahquite was excellent and attentive, even near closing hours. He graciously provided samples that I could easily bring home and show my wife. (My wife is a nurse and cannot make all these runs with me. Shout out to all the healthcare providers out there. We can’t do this without you.)

Not only did ProSource have exactly what we needed to bring our vision closer to reality, but they were able to get it without jumping through special orders or other delays. Also being able to interact via email and voice calls worked out perfectly to place a final order. My schedule is not forgiving at all. This worked out really well.

I was initially dealing with another flooring company, and the experience was not good. I found ProSource on line while searching for the brand I was interested in, and stopped in one day, and it was the best decision I made. After I explained what I was up against in my renovation, Nick made it a point to take the time to go over several samples, and suggested a color I wouldn’t have even considered. I went home with samples, came back the next day and ordered the one that Nick had suggested. I picked up the floor in a couple of days, had it installed and it looks beautiful! Great product, fantastic customer service, and everyone there makes you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend them, and thanks again Nick for all of your help!!

Nick was the salesperson that helped myself and my family. We had a hard budget and Nick spent close to an hour shopping through each floor sample to help us find the right one for our space (& in budget). I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend you ask for him when visiting ProSource in Hartford, CT!

pro source is by far the best flooring store around. pro source has the largest amount of samples around.and there staff is the best. i send all my customers to pro source and have never had any complaints , they love the large selection and terrific service . i usually work with nick . my customers really like him, nick is so knowledgeable about all his products, nick is not the usual salesman, nick does everything he can do to sell the correct product, for the job.my customers like nick as he takes his time with each person whether its for a whole house full of flooring, or a small bedroom,, i totally trust him and all the staff at pro source to take care of my customers.

When my hardwood flooring order arrived it was a different color than the manufacturer's sample. The sales manager suggested that I refuse it and choose another hardwood product. I chose a product that was a little more expensive but the manager gave it to me at the price of my original selection. When that order arrived I was not satisfied with the quality of some of boards and didn't use them so I had to order one more box. The manager gave me break on the price of that box. The manager was very easy to deal with and very willingly resolved my concerns. I would gladly do business with them again.

I have been working with ProSource for many years. Nick is my sales rep and he is very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. If you ever need anything don't hesitate to ask for Nick.

I am the Project Manager for a small design firm and we found ourselves in a bit of a bind with needing last minute different sized edging for a tile project. I went to 4 different tile places, and called over 7 different places in CT and MA and everyone told me that what we needed was a "Special Order" and could take WEEKS to arrive. Our tiler was beginning in 2 days. Luckily, I found ProSource and Jennifer Pelletier (Account Manager). She not only got me the special sized edging we needed, but also called the order in and made sure it would be on the truck first thing Monday morning for me to be able to come and pick up and then hand deliver on site. She was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommend this location as well as the staff. They saved me and saved our client lots of money with providing material that would allow continuing the project according to our time frame.

I remodeled my entire kitchen with ProSource. I worked specifically with Nick. He was very knowledgeable/helpful about all of my questions as well as the product types. He worked within my budget and was available when I needed him for various questions we had. He also setup our installation for the countertops and that went flawlessly. ProSource had great selection. We love the LVP floors. Great durability which was important because we have large dogs that scratch our wooden floors. Would definitely recommend!!

This store is amazing! It has a large selection of quality materials for anyone's home improvement needs, from flooring to tiles, kitchen and bathroom renovation materials. And the prices are unbeatable, especially for flooring!
The staff is just as amazing!

Jahquite is super helpful, quick to respond, efficient, very personable and knowledgeable of all his inventory. It was a pleasure to work with him. I will be back for sure. And I'll gladly send over my friends and family for all their home improvement needs.
